Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position as in sunken portion of bathroom/toilet not otherwise specifically provided for including tiles and removing demolished material to a distance exc. 250 m and not exc. 500 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken floor for correction of slope/levelling etc. mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and as directed. ote:- Rate of Water proofing compound shall deemed to be included under this item.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of under floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ready mix plaster 15 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound on brick/concrete surfaces finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Birla/Magicplast/ Dr fixit/ Fosroc Note:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

M&L for single component polymer modified mortar, 15 mm thick (@ 34 Kg per Sqm for 15 mm) complete all as specified and directed. Make:- (i) Fosroc Renderoc HS Extra / Single component Sika Top 122 HS or equivalent

M&L for two coats of epoxy resin/polymer modified cementaticious coating e.g “Brush Bond” of “Forsroc” or equivalent on concrete/plastered surface of wall/floor/beams etc. applied all as per manufacturer instructions and all as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken floor for correction of slope/levelling etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, class designation 75 Kgf/cm2, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm stone graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and fair including forming construction (dummy) joints 6 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filled with filler at an interval not exceeding 3 metre and at change of direction including demolition of existing plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on walls/ceiling of any description including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing rubbish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in two layers of 10+5 mm in CM 1:4 mixed with Pidi Proof 101 LW(+) of Dr fixit or equivalant intergral water proofing admixture @ 200 ml/bag of cement over two coats of super latex 302 of Dr fixit (Pidilite) or equilvalant in the ratio (1:4:7), (one part super latex, 4 part water and 7 parts of cement) @ 1.50 Kg of homogenious mixture /Sqm in two coats and finish the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) for external walls complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Pidi proof 101 and super latex 302 to be measured and paid separately as supply only.
