Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material beyond A1 defence land by contractors own arrengment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Autoclaved Aerated Concrete block masonry in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling tile work ( thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm ) in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including disposal of unserviceable material beyond A1 defence land by contractors own arrengment complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut Granite stone slab (area of slab over 0.50 sqm ) of colour Z black for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over and including 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 1st quality Ceramic Non skid floor tiles of size 450 x 450 mm ( (thickness 7 to 8 mm ) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours laid over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles size (300mmx450mm) conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness 7 to 8 mm ), of approved make and colours as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over and including 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying double charged Vitrified tiles polished finish in floor in sizes exc 0.36 sqm but n exc 0.72 sqm (thickness 9 to 10 mm) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only and Laying of tiles shall be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking sweeping clean , and washing down with water to remove dust and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and directed

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering including complete all as specified and directed.
