Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out (upto 3.00 M beyond outer face of external wall) complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide n exc 1.5 m deep in soft/ loose soil for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, manholes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D 2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate ,in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for treating the bottom and sides of excavation at the rate of 5 litres of chemical emulsion in water of one percent Chlorpyrifos 20 EC for per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for treating the backfill in contact with foundation at the rate of 7.5 litres of chemical emulsion in water of one percent Chlorpyrifos 20 EC for per square metre of vertical surface complete all as specified and as directed (Area of the sub structure in contact with backfill to be measured).

Returning ,filling in including spreading ,levelling watering and well ramming of soft/loose soil in layers n exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m distance and depositing where directed at alevel n exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded aggregate)as in columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete design mix M-25 (using 20 mm graded aggregate)as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.
