WORK PORTION

Survey including prepration of Profile and schedule of materials , marking of location (Route length ) .

Check Survey and Final Peg Marking (Route Length)

Cost of excavation of 220 KV Tower Foundation pits including all earth work , back filling , watering and levelling . The excavation has to be done manually.

Setting of Stub including all foundation work but excluding cost of concreting and excavation ( Rate per Location) for following 220 KV Towers.

Cost of Concreting M:20 for all types of foundation including cost of cement , coarse sand , stone grid , dewatering , sorting and shuttering , forming , curing .

Installation of steel reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of cutting , welding , binding and placing them in foundation pits.

Erection of Special Structure of 132 KV Tower and their extension including all works above ground level and fitting of danger , number and phase plate , bird guard etc.

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section or 5 meter , from ground level whichever in higher with three tacks of 10 mm / 12 mm electrodes and applicable of Zinc rich point on the affected surface including cost of materials.
