Taking down unserviceable Sodium Vapour/Metal Halide lamp fittings of any watt and any type from existing position on pole/wall/tower checking its serviceability for reuse/repair or replacement of unserieable items such as electronic ignitor,ballast, capacitor, porcelain holder, HPSV/MH lamps of any watts to make it fully functional, internal wiring in all respect complete and keeping unserviceable fittings in safe custody for re-use in the work as directed. Note:- (i) Spares required for repairs and replacement shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item. (ii) Quoted rate shall deemed inclusive of labour element for repair and replacement of spares. (iii) Inventory of all defective parts required to be replaced will be recorded in a separate register alongwith pole No & location / area and type of light fittings before replacement duly signed by JE, Engineer-In-Charge & contractor and the same shall be produced as and when desired for verification.

Supply only Electronic Ignitor SI for Metal Halide fittings of any Watts complete all as specified.

Supply only ballast copper wounded suitable for HPSV/MH fittings 250 watts and conforming to IS : 6616-1982 (Reaffirmed 2006 and Incorporating Ammendment No. 1) complete all as specified.

Supply only ballast copper wounded suitable for HPSV/MH fittings 150 watts and conforming to IS : 6616-1982 (Reaffirmed 2006 and Incorporating Ammendment No. 1) complete all as specified.

Cutting/Trimming and removing of tree branches of any girth all around the overhead lines upto 2 metres from the overhead lines and removing the cut branches from worksite outside MD land to any distance.complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB C-series, four pole of capacity 40 to 63 amps, 240 volts with 10 kA breaking capacity In accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1 including necessary connection complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs MCB C-series, single pole of capacity 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts with 10 kA breaking capacity In accordance with IS/IEC 60898-1 including necessary connection complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Integral metal halide luminaire 250 watt including 250 watt metal halide lamp alonwith channel, MS clamp, nuts, bolts and washers for fixing of MH fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair GI bracket for street light made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.5 metre in length bend in shape as required including necessary MS flat iron clamp, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair GI bracket for street light made out of 25 mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.5 metre in length bend in shape as required including necessary MS flat iron clamp, nuts and bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for drawing two runs of PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor FR cable of size 2.50 sq mm with one run of PVC insulated unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor FR cable of size 1.50 sq mm including 20 mm dia rigid steel conduit stove enameled black welded exclusive of boxes but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbow, reducers etc and fixing accessories such as couples, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks, clamps etc complete all as specified

Supply and fixing in repairs Astronomical digital time switch having 24 hours to 7 days time setting with memory location having 6 years battery backup, Two changeover contact and 28 memory location (programmable) complete all as specified. Make : L&T/ C&S Electric/ Legrand/Havells

Supply and fixing in replacement Triple Pole Power Contactor 40 Amps 3 module 3 N/O type of contact conforming to IEC/EN 61095 complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, making the surface plain complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed (Compacted thickness shall only be measured and paid).

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for galvanized iron tubing 25 mm bore light grade with all fitting for protection of cable, laid in trenches/wall/floor all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation ,earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable LT cable of any size, Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 2 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site all as specified and as directed. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable LT cable of any size, Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site all as specified and as directed. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

Disconnecting the existing unserviceable LT cable of any size, Supply and fixing/laying XLPE insulated GI wire/strip armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core laid in trench /poles/on wall/floor including nut and bolts, clamps as required at site all as specified and as directed. (Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, protection brick and pipe shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate items).

Supply and Fixing in repair PVC insulated multi core stranded Copper Conductor cable 4 Sqmm for connection of luminaires all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with weatherproof gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments, pressure die-cast aluminium frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws, input voltage 140-280 Volts, delivering lumen equal to/greater than 10200 lumen, system wattage 65 Watt, Ingress protection IP-65 with all acessories including taking down unserviceable light complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED street light epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with weatherproof gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments, pressure die-cast aluminium frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws, input voltage 140-280 Volts, delivering lumen equal to/greater than 10200 lumen, system wattage 90 Watt, Ingress protection IP-65 with all acessories including taking down unserviceable light complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for CFL lamp 85 Watt, 500 Lumen, minimun 500 average working hours, tri-phosphor coating, high color rendering - 80+ CRI, integrated electronic ballast including taking down unserviceable light and removing from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for LED Highbay luminare with high efficacy, epoxy powder coated pressure die-cast aluminium housing with weatherproof gasket for LEDs and control gear compartments, pressure die-cast aluminium frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screws, input voltage 140-280 Volts, delivering lumen equal to/greater than 11200 lumen, system wattage 120 Watt, Ingress protection IP-65 with all acessories including taking down unserviceable light and removing from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged poles of LT over head line ( Except embedded portion), 8.5/9 M long complete including all MS work mounted on pole , earth protection & water pipe ( if exists) with one coat of aluminium paint after necessary preparation and providing 07 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint ( any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and numbering of poles with white synthetic enamel paint on black ground complete all as specified.
