SH - I : SUPPLY AND LAYING / INSTALLATION OF CABLES, LIGHT FIXTURES, AC UNITS ETC Supply of following size 1.1 kv grade, XLPE insulated and PVC inner sheathed Aluminum conductor armored power cable conforming to IS: 7098(Part 1)1988/ IS: 7098 (Part 1) with up to date amendments etc. complete as required. a) 4 core x 10 sq.mm

b) 3.5 core x 150 sq mm

Supply of recess mounting 36 to 40 watt LED 2ft x 2ft flat panel light fixture luminaire of reputed brands or makes with efficacy not less than 110 lm/W, life of 50000 burning hours or more, having CRI rating 80 or more suitable for indoor operation, complete with heat resistant toughened glass lumaire on front, aluminium heat sink for high heat dissipation on the back, etc complete as per technical specifications. (5 years warantee shall be provided for complete fittings including driver/control gear, LED, etc from actual date of completion of work by manufacturer/ dealer in favour of AAI).

Supply of 18 watt Indoor decorative LED batten with extruded aluminium powder coated housing & opal diffuser of size 4ft complete with high efficiency LED, driver, wiring etc suitable for operation on 230V, 50hz AC supply etc as per tender specifications and complete as required.(5 years guarantee shall be provided for complete fittings by manufacturer/ dealer in favour of AAI).

Supply of 60 watt LED street light luminaire of Pressure die-cast Al housing or standard alloy having efficacy of 110 Lumens/W or more, 50000 hours or more burning hours, having CRI 70 or more for outdoor applications, IP 65 or higher protection & i/c necessary electronic driver, high power LED lamp suitable to operate on 230V, 50hz power supply with connector etc as per tender specifications complete as required. (5 years warantee shall be provided for complete fittings including driver/control gear, LED, etc from actual date of completion of work by manufacturer/ dealer in favour of AAI).

Supply and installation of 1200 mm sweep, 5 star rated ceiling fan, with double ball bearing, Aluminium pressure die cast body with Aluminium blades, canopies, hanging shackle, 30 cm down rod and without speed regulator suitable for 240V 50 HZ, AC supply (Make: USHA Energia ISI 1200 mm or any other approved equivalent make).

Supply and installation of heavy duty 450mm, 900rpm exhaust fan with louver iron shutter suitable for operation on single phase 240V, 50Hz power supply etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Pre-wired LED fittings of all indoor/ outdoor types, complete directly on ceiling/ false ceiling/ truss/ wall, including necessary fixing arrangement, bracket, clamp & wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wire upto 1.5 mtr and earthing etc. as required as per site requirement as directed by Engg-In-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1.5 TR capacity, 5 star rated inverter type Hi-wall split type Airconditioner, consisting 1 No. indoor unit (fan coil) with cordless remote control and one number outdoor anti-corrosive copper condensing unit comprising with sealed rotary compressor, suitable for single Phase, 230 Volt, 50 HZ, AC supply, providing and making interconnections, refrigerant line between room unit and condensing unit upto length of 4 meters including first charge of refrigerant R 410 A/ R32 including suitable bracket/MS channel for fixing outdoor unit complete etc as required. (As per AAI Approved make List)

Supply, installtions, testing and commissioning of wall mounting type, 4 KVA capacity, single phase, automatic line voltage stabilizer, suitable operation on 170 volts to 270 volts AC lnput, 200 volts lo 240 volts AC output, single phase, 50HZ AC power supply with built in time delay, high voltage cut off, and low voltage cut off at 145 volts and input / output / trip indications and suitable for operation of 1.5 Ton Air conditioning unit etc as required.

Supply and fixing of Extra Refrigerant copper piping of suitable size for both suction and discharge along with suitable Nitrile Insulation and Electrical Cable of size 4 Core x 4 Sq. mm copper conductor for connection from indoor to outdoor unit and suitable necessary accessories for connection complete as required. (Note : Upto 4 Mtr. included in Item No. 8) (Two length of suction and discharge piping and one length of copper wire shall be measured one meter for this item).

Supply and fixing of hard PVC drain pipe connection from indoor to outside of wall including bends necessary accessories for connection etc. complete as required. (Note : Upto 4 Mtr. included in Item No. 8)

Supply and fixing of dual AC Controller with seven segement display,protection of AC against under voltage,Over voltage,under load & over load,alarm for AC fail,power fail & high temprature and suitable for operating at 230V±10%, 50 Hz,Single Phase A.C.Supply. (Simillar to make Proton Power control pvt ltd,Model:-Dual AC Controller)

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with sand and or good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 metres.

Supplying and laying of 110 mm, PN4 grade, PE 63 HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 3.5Cx150 sqmm size in the existing HDPE pipe as required. (Excluding supply of HDPE pipe and power cable).

Supplying and laying of 63 mm, PN4 grade, PE 63 HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 4Cx 10 sqmm size in the existing HDPE pipe as required. (Excluding supply of HDPE pipe and power cable).

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/40x3mm MS flat clamp))

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle))

Supplying and making end termination with Double compression armoured flame proof Brass cable gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5C X 150 sq. mm of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supply and fixing of dust & jet water proof, corrosion insulated IP 66 Pole looping box with terminals of size 205 X 255 X 112 mm deep made of Thermoplastic Polycarbonate having metric knockouts to accommodate incoming and outgoing cables and fixing on wall with suitable clamps, providing 1 No 10 Amps “C” series SPN MCB in the box including end termination with suitable size syntec threaded Double compression armoured weather proof cable glands of 2 Nos upto 4Cx10 sq. mm UG cable with lugs etc. complete as required.

Design, fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of free standing floor mounted indoor type LT Panel of cubicle type made out of 14 SWG thick CRCA sheet, indoor compartmentalized, double door, suitable for operation on 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts, 50 hz, AC System with Bus bars, earth bar connections including internal wiring with suitable sizes wire/cable, interconnection, duly powder coated, painting etc.The panel shall have provision for bottom cable entry, including supply and installations of following switchgears, metering instruments such as Ammeter, Voltmeter, etc and accessories in the L.T.Panel and as per specifications and as approved by EIC complete as required. Supplying and fixing of 32 Amp rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 volts, Residual current circuit breaker with Overload Current (RCBO), having a sensitivity current 100 milli amperes in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

SH- II : PROVISION OF EARTHING PITS Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Provision of Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick . (Excluding supply of all earthing materials ) but including excavation of soil for earth pit, brick work ,cement and sand for making the earth pits chamber complete as required as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Remarks :Earthing materials will be provided by AAI )

Laying of 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection / terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm).(Excluding supply of Copper strip) (Remarks : Copper Strip will be provided by AAI )

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

SH-III: PROVISION OF SUBMERSIBLE PUMP MOTOR SET AND ALLIED WORKS Supplying, assembling, lowering and fixing in vertical position in bore well, HDPE of grade PN8, PE 100 pipes of 50mm dia, including required hire & labour charges, fittings, suitable sized clamps & accessories, all complete, for all depths, as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

SITC of 3 phase, 5 HP, mutli-stage 4 inch dia submersible pump motor having discharge capacity of atleast 60 lpm and head of atleast 150 mtr, Including supply and installation of suitable rating fully automatic DOL starter in sheet steel enclosure with IP 65 protection. and suitable for outdoor applications. (As per AAI approved makes list)

Supply of 3Cx4sqmm flat PVC insulated and PVC sheathed industrial cable for submersible pump motor and laying the same in exisiting conduit pipe including proper glanding and terminations.
