Disconnecting of HT supply from main HT panel after proper switching off 11 KV OCB discharging the supply . Complete drain out of transfomer oil from transformer to empty oil drum by oil machine. Dismatling of conservator tank all protection relays cable end boxes vent pipes and other items as required
Cleaning of transformer oil tank and removing sludge settled in the bottom with the help of vacuum pressure cleaning machine throughly cleaning of core and winding of transformer with hot oil and proper safety precaution to prevent the winding damage as required.
Heating the HT and LT winding with inductance heating removing the moisture . Improvement of IR value of HT and LT winding
Replacement of top cover gasket verticle vent gasket & missing hardware to stop the oil leakage
Replacement of Silica gel
Checking & matching of control wiring of bucchlaz relay and calibration of bucchlaz relay.
complete assembling the transformer of all connection of incoming and outgoing side and testing and checking of IR test with megger of winding & cable of both sides with HI pot machine
Filling of T/oil to upto top level as required to make - power /Savita
P/fixing of winding protection pad
Dehydration and filtration of complete transformer oil and checking the die electric strength up to 50 KV at site as required
complete cleaning and chemically washig of oily and muddy transformer body and paintig with enamel paint
