MLAFUND 2025 26 Construction of inlet and outlet facilities at Ward No 15 Kuttiyani Irattaikulam in Ponmanai Town Panchayat

Earth work excavation for desilting the existing rivers / canals / channels/odai/ nullas / drains / flood bowls/ tanks/ reservoirs etc., consisting of very loose soil, silt, oily silt, slushy, marshy, loany, organic soil, sea shell and flat mica particles with zero present air void in unhygienic & insanitary conditions in under water and not under water deploying earth moving machinery with suitable floats buoys barge / hydraulic excavator & other mechanical devices including the cost of hire charges for machinery, with cost of skilled operators with helper & cleaners for the entire operations to reach the banks in which the removed silt & sludge has to be dumped over either one of the rivers / canals / channels / odai / nullas / drains / floods bowls / tanks / reservoirs etc, bank whichever is convenient as per the prevailing site conditions for easy conveyance and including jungle clearance etc complete (Rate excluding conveyance to dumping yard or low lying area)

Dewatering using 7.5 HP diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges, cost of Diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading, unloading and any other incidental charges etc complete.

Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc complete. (Narrow Foundation - First Depth upto 2 metre)

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One cement, Four crushed stone sand and eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken jelly for flooring including laying, consolidating, finishing, rendering the top surface rough to receive the floor, curing, etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of necessary planking for panelling wherever necessary and as directed by the departmental officers - Mixing by Mechanical Means

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. - Mixing by mechanical means

Plastering the surface of walls with Cement Mortar 1:4 (One cement and Four plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
