(e) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. S&F Gypsum Board 12mm thick Seamless calcium silicate ceiling made out of 1800 x 1200 mm size board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the ceiling section with 25 mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200 mm centre to centre on GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter chennel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30mm and web of 27mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylone sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre/ intermediate channel 0.9mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45mm suspended from soffit at (approx) 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exceeding 1.2m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with clips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre inluding finishing the joint of face board with specially formulatted jointing compound and 48 mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish Ceiling shall be sealed at joints and finished with jointing compound etc complete including finishing the exposed surfaces of false ceiling with two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium snap grid size (605mmx605mm) frame work for false ceiling with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified

S&F Exposed metal frame ceiling with 6mm calcium silicate board of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre for fixing in 600 mm x 600mm grid complete all as specified. Note : Frame shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

S&F PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet 8 to 10 mm hollow section inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing, including taking down of old board, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 100mm bore of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid on wall / floor complete all as specified

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in concrete bed to drain pipe including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested internal dia of pipe 150mm with specified bedding thickness, etc complete all as specified

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in precast coverslab for manholes and soak well cover slab etc set in cement mortar (1:4) etc with and including necessary form works and reinforcement complete all as specified .

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling , mass-concrete complete all as specified

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cespits, manholes pier hold etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified .

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 above the starting point complete all as specified

Returing, filling in trenches with soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 Cm complete all as specified

S&F 12mm thick Frosted Toughned Glass fixed on patch hinges/pivot for smooth functioning in door shutter including stainless steel handle of 8 inches long and mortice locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 20-25mm Granite/Stone Cladding (of any type) work(table rubbed and polished) as in piIllars/ walls upto 12m height in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) mixed with marble dust and admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including grinding and polishing including necessary scaffolding arrangment complete all as specified . Note:Colour,shade and pattern of granite shall l be approved by GE.

S&F 10-15mm thick Polycarbonate sheet in dome structure/similar condition with rubber neoprene/similar packing material fixed and packed with sheet including dismantling of existing sheeting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) of any colour of exterior edge for cladding near entrance of Alucobond/Alstrong/Brand approved equivalent make for external wall / column / canopy cladding in combination of solid / Metallic colours, including all necessary frame work and complete weather sealing. The composite panel should consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwiched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet (alloy designation 310S) making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surface shall be furnished with Lumiflon based flourcarbon coating on top sides and service coating on reverse side. Coatings shall conform to specifications of ECCA /AAMA and conforming to the mechanical properties of panel as per detailed technical specifications. The system shall be fixed using GI brackets and stainless steel bolts and nuts complete with spring washers and cap nuts and all other necessary accessories. The bracket support shall be designed as per manufactures specification and shall withstand a wind pressure of 150 Kg/Sqm. All hardware shall corrosion resistant frame out of anodised aluminium member.

Taking down Urinal/Urinal Sensor machine, for repairing including providing necessary spare parts such as battery, Sensor part, Wiring etc. as required for smooth functioning and refixing the Urinal/Urinal sensor in the same position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
