Supply , Delivery , Installation of protection cage for Single (01) phase Split type AC Machine Out door unit made by following requirements. i) Main body cage made of 20 mm Wide 5 mm thick Mild Steel Flat Strip made , covering both Length Width and Hight wise .Make:- Tata /Jindal /SAIL ii) Main frame on which the cage will be constructed Should be having Twelve (12 ) Edges made of 25 mm X 25 mm Mild Steel Angle of Thickness 6 mm. Make:- Tata /Jindal /SAIL iii) Shutter lock arrangement two (02) nos atleast for each installation with S& F of two (02) nos Padlock made of Hardened High Carbon Steel . Make:-Godrej / Link Etc iv) Grouting arrangement on wall by anchoring by 25 x 25 x 6 mm MS angle embedded with proper concreteing at least 5'' on wall . Make:- Tata /Jindal /SAIL v) Painting of any steel/ iron surface with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make 1st coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming Make :- PWD Approved Brand As per General Standard and Over all Make should be made of any brand recognised by EIC.

Supply Delivery & Installation of Protection Cage for Copper Pipe of All types ( Single & Three Phase) AC Machines made by following Type of Arrangement. i) 20 mm Wide 5 mm thick Mild Steel Flats will run along the Copper pipe from Machine end to the Last portion where it enters the wall . ii) Parallel Cross along the the Copper pipe both side embedded in the wall atleast 3 inches and concreated well. The parallel protection will be in every 150mm along the 20 mm vertical protection properly welded with 20 mm vertical protection . The parallel protection will be made by 20 mm wide 5 mm thick MS Flat. iii) Painting of surface with no. of coats of paints as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make 1st coat of aluminium paint over one coat of RO priming Make :- Tata / Jindal /SAIL or any reputed brand recognised by EIC including paint.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 20A, plug socket with separate 20 A Piano key type switch (Brand approved by EIC) on sheet metal switch board embedded in wall incl. S & F 150x100x65mm MS (16SWG) switch board and bakelite/perspex top cover of 3mm thick by Brass screws after making housing for switch by cutting bakelite/perspex cover and making necessary connections as required
