Installation of High mast light at Gondalpara near Jute Mill ward no 26 Under Chandernagore Municipal Corporation

Supply of 16 meter High mast lighting system with its accessories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections with steel material confirming to BSEN 10025 and material shall be high tensile steel, grade S355, hot dip galvanised confirming to BSEN ISO 1461 and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, 2 continues steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction), trailing cable, double drum winch, Galvanised Lantern carriage arrangement suitable for up to 9 luminaires symmetrically & its control gear (Make of Gear Box : New Allen Berry works / Chandra Gear / Elecon Engineering / Shanti Engineering) boxes and lightning finial. The mast shall have an integral powertool installed inside the base compartment for its operation along with Supply & Fixing of Cu Cable of Power Tool motor, Wiring for Luminaries, Anchor Plate,Foundation Bolt, Nut, Washer, Common Template all complete.Luminaire wiring materials not included in this item. Erection of high Mast (16 M) on RCC foundation with cement concrete considering actual SBC of soil, with the help of suitable modern engg. tools and Plants, wiring of luminaries with all wiring materials like PVC insulated flexible cable of suitable copper conductor core of 1.5 mm² lugs, up to 10 nos. 6A MCB along with construction of shallow foundation with cement concrete for high Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity as per site condition, as per drawing and design of manufacturer of the mast. The soil test and submission of its report is within the scope of the work.

Supplying and delivery of 200 W LED Flood light with pressure die cast aluminum housing, IP65 / IP66 protection , road way luminarie with high power LED . CHIP Make : CREE / NICHIA / LUMILEDS / OSRAM / SEOUL Cat no: LFLN-200-CDL/60-M from 'Crompton'/ Equivalent model of Philips /Havells . LM-79 and LM-80 report or Latest report to be provided conforming to latest NABL accreditation. Inbuilt Potted silicon filled LED Driver should be given and it should be BIS certified. System Efficacy : Greater than or equal to 100 Lumen/Watt LED should be warranty for 7 years

Hoisting fixing and commissioning of luminaries including making necessary connection and earthing attachment: HPMV/HPSV luminaries/LED fittings of any wattage.

Supply and delivery of Switch disconection fuse unit in open execution (Make: L&T/Havels/CGL/GE) of the following current rating: a) 32A, 2 pole, Supply and delivery of Electronic Timer suitable for 240/ 360/415V, 50 Hz(Make: L&T/ABB/Schneider/Simence/GE/Minilic) of the following time (Second) range: a) 3.0 to 30.0, Supply and delivery of Single Phase preventer Relay suitable for 415V, 6 wire, upto 20HP motor (Make: L & T/ABB/Schneider/ Simence/ Minilic/ GE).

Supplying & Erection of mini size feeder pillar box of Size (918 x 561 x 382 mm) made up of 2 mm thick MS Plate along with suitable M.S. Angle. The P.B. have double hinge door at the front & back with suitable locking arrangement. The box will be painted by 2 cores of aluminiam paint over 1 coat of red oxide paint. Suitable arrangement should be provided for fixing of Timer unit, fuse unit & other accessories. Leg of the pillar box will be 900 mm in length by made up of (35 x 35 x 3 mm MS Angle with suitable base Plate. Legs of the Pillar box will be erected at 300 mm below the ground level with cement concrete (6:3:1). Rest portion coverd by 5" Brick Wall with plastering & net cement & bottom portion filled with silver sand as drawing & direction of E.I.C

Installation the feeder pillar box only on cement brick foundation including plastering and neat cementing as per specification and direction of E.I.C

Supplying of Aluminium armoured cables:4 core 10 sqmm

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish -- From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring, rubber ring for dust and moisture proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below 4 core 10 sqmm
