Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated/semi corrugated etc) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in purlin, rafters & similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down roof trusses(wooden), coupled rafters or trussed beams, above 8 metres & upto 12 metres complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum , getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or brocken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25 cm , watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 M and making good surface , in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5 Mtr in width and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr in depth for foundation / laying of cable etc and getting out in hard/dense soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregates) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less then 0.9 mm dia for securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-08 above but 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia in strripus, spaces and binders

M&L formwork to sides of concrete foundations, foottings, bases of columns and plinth beams and similar works for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 Design Mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations,footings, plinth beams, bases for colums etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to sides of pillers, posts, columns etc rough finished surface of concrete Squre or rectagularcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of soakage well including excavation in any type of soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6 wall of honey combed masonry with top ring of M-25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber, made of brick masonry in CM (1:4). RCC cover slab in M-25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC filled with brick bats of size 3.0 m dia x 3.0 m deep. complete all as specified & shown in Drg No. TD-576 sheet No 1/2 & 2/2 and directed.

M & L for point wiring for light/fan controlled by one switch with 1.5 sqmm single core 1100V grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor with and including PVC concealed conduit of medium grade with all fittings including MS pressed steel shet (1.6mm thick) sunk box with 3mm thick ISI marked laminated bakellite sheet fixed with cromium / nicckel plated screws and washers for switches and sockets, including 1.5 sqmm single core 1100v grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly and including cutting chases in walls / floors for concealed conduiting and making good disturbed surface area and white wash/colour wash to matching with the existing colour complete all as specified and directed.
