WORK FOR CONSTRUCTION OF SHADE FOR DIESEL GENERATOR AT 132 KV S/S JALEELPUR, MORNA AND CHANDOK UNDER ETD BIJNOR

Construction of shade of Diesel Generator at 132 KV S/S Jaleelpur, Morna & chandok. The work involves as below:-

Fabrication of 03 Nos. 5.5 meter Approx. long, 03 Nos. 3.5 meter Approx. in "V" shape, 08 Nos. 2.5 meter Approx. Hight for support from 65x65x5 mm GI/MS Angle and welding work above peices for construction of shade. Excavation of 08 Nos. Pit of size 20x20x20 cm and concreting of 08 Nos. Vertical supports with ratio of 1:2:4 of cement, coarse sand and 20 mm stone ballast in proper level and alignment. Fabrication of top structure from 50x50x5 mm or 65x65x5 mm GI/MS angles piece as per requirement. Welding of theses pieces on vertical support to make the frame like hut type. Painting the structure with two coats of red oxide synthetic enamel good quality paint. Supply and fixing of 6.0 mm thick grey color corrugated asbestos roofing in position with MS "J" nut & bolts including supply of required materials, labors and T&P etc. Flooring the complete hut by first class brick work in ratio 1:4 of cement and coarse sand with 12mm thick plaster in ratio 1:2 of cement and coarse sand including these supply of related material, labour and T&P etc. (GI/MS anle iron will be provided by department of free of cost as per actual consumption)

The cost of carriage (including excision, loading & unloading) of 65x65x5 GI/MS angles (which will be provide by the department) will be arranged from other 132 KV S/S's under ETD Bijnor.
