REPAIRS TO WATER PROOFING, SUNKEN FLOOR TREATMENT, CHAJJA REPAIRS, REPAIR TO SHAFT AND RAIN WATER PIPE IN ZONE A AREA UNDER AGE B/R-I OF GE(CENTRAL) KIRKEE.

Material and labour for sunken flooring as per following details complete all as specified and directed:- (i) Special treatment to toilet floor by demolition of existing treatment of any description and thickness, removal of rubbish to a distance of 5KM to 7.5KM. (ii) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Bath / WC / Kitchen thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt dust, etc. (iii) Form angle fillet of size 40mm x 40mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar ("Dr Fixit" Pidicrete URP" or equivalent as given in Appx 'E'. (iv) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with "Dr Fixit Bathseal tape"or equivalent as given in Appx 'E' and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout "Dr Fixit Bathseal grout" or equivalent as given in Appx 'E'. Nahani Traps, etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. (v) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating "Dr Fixit Bathseal Plus" or equivalent as given in Appx 'E' on all angle fillets by brush.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete, (1:5:10), type E-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of WC sunken floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix vitreous china squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern, size 580 x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests including PVC(SWR) 'P' or 'S' trap connecting to flush pipe and to anti syphonage pipe, all as per CERA Cat No CALINA S 3010102 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS. complete including making good to floor fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, 10ltr capacity, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets, connections to pipes and fixing of chain and pull, or lever, all as per ESSCO Cat No. WHE-WHT-183NL or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour non skid ceramic tiles (matt finish digital) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6,including dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- Somany (Glosstra series Naos Grey Dark design) or techno commercially equivalent make in Kajaria, Johnsons and RAK ceramics

Material and labour glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 450x350 / 300x450 /300x600x 8mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4),including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE :- Somany (ceramic VC shield series Donjon Decor VC design) or techno commercially equivalent make in Kajaria, Johnsons and RAK ceramics

Material and labour for vitreous china wash basin white flat back size 580x450 mm excluding taps but including 32 mm dia CP waste fitting and PVC waste pipe 610 mm long and brackets all as per CERA Cat No S 2040109 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old tar felt, all loose dirt, old roof tiles, including taking down cement plaster cleaning the concrete surface including removal and cleaning of vegetation, fungus, moss, small trees etc from the roof top with wire brush, removing the strips of lightning conductor including refixing the same after repair work and applying neat cement slurry @1.5 Kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on existing concrete surfaces of roof in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- Waterproofing compond shall be measured separately.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling single or double layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles or ridge in roofing complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated sheeting any gauge, type, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern as in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 0.63mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275 including dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge / thickness complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix roof tiles, Mangalore Pattern, inter locking at side joints laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No. 15 above but except Mangalore tiles complete all as directed. NOTE :- Material as obtained from dismantling Sl item No. 12 shall be reused.

Supply and fix ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore Pattern of roofing tiles bedded and jointed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Sl Item No 17 above but except Mangalore tiles complete all as directed. NOTE :- Material as obtained from dismantling Sl item No. 12 shall be reused.

Supply and fix second class hard wood clean sawn battens at 30 cm centre to centre and sectional area exceeding 15 sq.cm and not exceeding 25 sq.cm including applying two coatss of creosote oil and dismantling existing battens for tiles, shingles etc of any size including tiling fillets spaced exc.15 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix second class hard wood plain fillets, rails, rafters, purlins, square, rectangular in section clean sawn secured with nails brads exc.13 sq.cm but n.exc. 25 sq.cm including dismantling timber scantlings in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purlins etc under 40 sq.cm in section (un framed work) in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for pre painted galvalume aluminum zinc coated GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix plain, galvanised mild steel sheeting as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashing (length and girth as fixed) by using 1.00mm thick sheet grade of zinc coating @120 Gms/sqm both sides and welded or soldered joints are provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets as in roofs, walls etc., fixed with coach screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc., fixed with coach screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Material as obtained from dismantling Sl item No. 13 shall be reused.

Dismantaling timber in scantlings 40 sq.cm and over in section in any position and any description unframed work fixed with coach screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix timber work second class hard wood clean sawn in scantlings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe- 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation surfaces of wood and wood based material, new or old of any description and girth and treated with two coats of creosote oil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete, (1:3:6), type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up at any height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet and single side prelam PVC sheet used inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing, including dismantling the existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PLEATED pleased blinds made of polyester fabric with alumnium coating at its back, pleates of one inch with segments at the interval of not exceeding 100mm top and bottom channels made of aluminium in matching colours, chord lock and pulleys made of brass, design and type as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs rolled mild steel, Fe 410-W (Gde E- 250 quality-A) framed work as in doors or gates, roof structure of any size and section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering to doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; including all necessary fitting, also fastening and fixing, including dismantling, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white, the frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers, hangers of GI wire 2mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc., the last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall, flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules, cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instructions, including taking down wall/ceiling boards(fibre, pulp insulation etc) or inslutation boards any thickness including fillets complete all as directed..

Supply and fix UPVC pipe 40 mm dia for spout pipe in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 1 mm thick rolled mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required, including dismantling, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs,15 mm bore dia steel water tubing medium grade galvanised with and including all medium grade fittings fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, including taking down existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs, 20mm bore dia steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanised with and including all medium grade fittings fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors,including taking down existing, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repairs, 40 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, type 'B' single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,including T, bend, Y,etc, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repairs, 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, type 'B' single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints,including bend, Y etc, laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair PVC floor trap/Nahani trap square type with CP grating with or without hole including provision of jointing to waste pipes in run lead joint dia of outlet 75 mm, complete all as specified.

Supply and fix Bib taps 15mm dia, cast copper alloy chromium plated, long body, with CP flange all as per Prayag Cat No PIS-08H Neptune series or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs pillar taps, 15mm dia, long body/swan neck, fancy type suitable for fixing to wash basin screwed for iron pipe and fixed with necessary fittings and including PVC connection all as per CERA Cat Part No F2004301 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix angle cock, 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screw down, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for brass ferrule all as per Prayag Cat No 8310 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs PVC connections 15mm dia with brass nut on both ends and washers 450mm long all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 32 mm bore PVC waste pipe 1000mm long of approved make suitable for WHB, urinals etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete, (1:3:6), type C2 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floors, path, plinth protection, 75 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including provision of construction joints complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for chajjas, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete (1:11/2:3), type A1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in chajja complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for steel formwork to flat surface of chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items in cluding edges in fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete, type B1, (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof, chajjas, kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges giving proper slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to external walls and chajjas by applying two coats of elastomeric coating material after cleaning the surfaces by exposing and opening all visible cracks thoroughly and sealing the same with acrylic sealing compound as per manufacturer specifications and allas per direction of Engr-in-Charge. MAKE :- Dr fixit or equivalent as approved by GE.
