Painting with two coats of anti-corrosive black paint over stub and leg of tower for depth of 0.45m including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete

Labour charges for transportation and hoisting of 13 units 90KN suspension insulators with suspension fittings including cost of fittings all materials, labour, lead, lift etc. complete

Labour charges for transportation and hoisting of 14 units 120KN Tension insulators with Tension fittings including cost of fittings all materials, labour, lead, lift etc complete

Providing full welding of all bolt & nut in the erected towers from ground level to the cross arm bottom level in the tower including painting of bolt & nut with two coats of best quality of cold galvanized paint having atleast 90% zinc content and approved by the Engineer at site including cost of paint and all other materials, hire charges, for diesel generators and welding transformers, all labour, transport charges etc., complete

Providing temporary guys for tension locations including cost of earth work excavation, refilling, labour etc complete

Lowering HT/LT Line during stringing of power conductor and after restringing the HT/LT line.

Releasing, lowering, cutting and restringing of existing 1 No. GI earthwire into newly erected tower including all labour, lead, lifts, T&P etc complete.

Supply & Providing special type earthing including 50 mm dia G.I "C" class pipe inserted in 6" dia bore upto 3 m height and earthing with the tower and providing anti-climbing device on the railway crossing towers incuding cost of 2 nos 60 cm dia & 30 cm height RCC ring with cover (each tower having 2 nos earth pit ) but excluding cost of steel wire - 2 nos

Providing loop jumper for zebra conductor

Final checking of newly erected tower line to ascertain all towers and correct size of bolts and nuts hard ware fittings and insulators with cotter pin as per requirement and tools and plants to the TANTRANSCO authorised persons before commissioning of the line
