(b) Two coats of acrylic distemper/distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over and including a coat of acrylic emulsion primer, complete all as specified.

Prepration of new plastered ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and applying the following: - (a) Applying wall care putty in two coats & smoothening the surfaces with sand papers/ mechanized sanding etc., (preparatory to paint as directed), complete all as specified. (b) Two coats of acrylic distemper/distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over and including a coat of acrylic emulsion primer, complete all as specified.

Complete removal of existing treatment any no. of layers including preparation of old plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and applying the following : - (a) Applying wall care putty, in two coats & smoothening the surfaces with sand papers/ mechanized sanding etc., (preparatory to paint as directed), complete all as specified. (b) Two coats of acrylic distemper/distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over and including a coat of acrylic emulsion primer, complete all as specified.

One coat of acrylic distemper/distemper oil emulsion (OBD) on ceiling surfaces including preparation / smoothening the surfaces with sand papers/ mechanized sanding etc., (preparatory to paint as directed), complete all as specified.

Preparation & finishing old plastered wall surfces with the following treatment: - (a) 2 mm thick Textured finish comprising high quality exterior durable acrylic modified resin with special quality dolomte texturizing sands to obtain scratch finish (horizontal, vertical, swirl or rainfall) with steel trowel over a coat of exterior wall primer as per manufacturers instructions complete, all as specified. (b) Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion complete all as specified.

Two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion over a coat of exterior (water based) primer on new wall surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

One coat of exterior acrylic emulsion on old wall surfaces, including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

One coat of exterior acrylic emulsion on old wall surfaces, in disruptive/camouflaging pattern of four shades including preparation of surfaces, complete all as specified.

NOTES APPLICABLE TO SRL ITEM 13 TO 22 HERE-IN-ABOVE: (i) Exterior acrylic emulsion & primer shall be applied only through approved applicators, authorised by the manufacturers for such works. (ii) Entire quantity of material for this work shall be procured by the contractor from manufacturer's Depot & deposit the same with Enginer-in-Charge and same shall be issued to contractor on daily basis as per consumption at site. (iii) RGB value of four shades of disruptive/camouflaging pattern shall be all as shown on Drg No. GE/SK-1/19 sheet 1/2 & 2/2 available with Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) Preparation of surfaces & complete removal shall be done with mechanised sander having suction vacuum bag using smart periodical methodology including removal of vegitation growth, bushes and the like to the entire satisfation of Engineer-in-Charge and all as specified in relevent clause of MES Schedule. (v) For performance guarantee of exterior acrylic emulsion refer PS clause .... here-in-after.

Applying two coats of two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating, Smartcare Ultra block 2K or equivalent, having 215% elongation as per ASTMD-2370, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, crack briding upto 3.50 mm as per EN 1062-7 and sprinkling dry fine sand over wet second coating complete, as per maunfactures specifications. NOTE: - Unless otherwise recommended by manufacturer, the mixing ratio of the components shall be 6 parts of powder and 4 parts liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc.

Dismantling of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone-work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified.

Dismantling pre-cast cement concrete jali of any description complete all as specified.
