M & L Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc. 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC ( 1:4:8 ) D2 Using 40 mm Graded crushed stone aggregate in foundaion, filling & mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan, exc. 6m mean radius built, in cement mortar 1:6 as in manholes, septic tanks, soakage pits, drain etc in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick wall surfaces in CM 1:4 finished fair and even all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block or saucer drain type paver blocks of M-35 grade with approved colour, design, of any size shape, & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

Providing, cement concrete (Type B0 1:2:4 12.5 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for preparation of new painted surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of plastic emusion paint over concrete kerb stone surface in strips of colour code black/white/yellow complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 300mm dia Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed
