S&F PVC Exhaust fans 225 mm sweep single phase 230 Volt 50 Hz heavy duty, 1400 rpm, energy efficient smooth functioning with suitable size of louver including fixing arrangement, opening of hole, anchor fasteners, 1.5 sqmm 3 core wire from ceiling rose to fan all as specified and as directed.

Make : Philips Cat No-BN021C LED 20S PSU CW GR S2 or its Equivalent amongst the makes as specified ( 03years Guarantee as per manufacturer instructions or lifetime 40,000 burning Hrs whichever is earlier as applicable).

Supply and fix Building security light 30 watt capacity LED including electronic driver IP 65 protection, fixing with suitable size of brackets 1.2 m long bend to shape including clamp, nut and bolt, connected from ceiling rose or existing point complete all as specified and as directed. Make: - Philips Cat No-BRP046LED30 CW MR S1 or its equivalent amongst the makes as specified.

Supply and fix TV socket / Telephone socket complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix study table light slim LED wall fitting 17 W with 1350lm with 6500K confirming to cat No Philips Ultron model No 48027 or its equivalent amongst the makes as specified.

Supply and fix MCB SP 230 volts,10 KA, 6-32 Amps, C curve complete all as specified.

Note: (i) Cost of GI earth wire and GI protection pipe upto 7.5m length shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (ii) The unit rate shall also includes for Wire mesh, funnel, excavation returning & filling. PCC chamber pit, RCC cover & test point. (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500mm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY M&L for Construction of masonry valve chamber of size 600X600X600 mm internal size, 100 mm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, over 15cm thick hard core, 20cm thick solid block masonry with blocks cast using PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, set in cement mortar 1:4, 15MM thick plaster to internal surfaces and external surfaces up to 15cm below ground level and top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement , 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover including 50mmX50mmX6mm thick MS angle frame fixed in PCC 1:2:4, type B1 coping with 25mmX6mm flat iron hold fasts, handle, hinges with locking arrangements, applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surfaces and earth work in any type of soil including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making bore in existing CI pipe line of size 100 mm and including threading for making branch connection for 50 mm including suitable barrel nipples, union and all accessories etc. as directed

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc. 45x60 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying GI tube , returning filling & well ramming watering finish surface 15 cm from top using PCC 1:3:6 including removal of surplus soil all as directed

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Supply, installation, testing and commissioning indoor cubical wall mounted type LT Panel suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts 50 Hz supply system with suitable size and powder coated, dust/vermin proof. The panel shall CPRI approved factory fabricated made with 2 mm thick CRCA sheet for outer shell and inner shell made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet, double door with front openable with locking arrangement, provision of threaded earthing stud at bottom, inner shell shall be compartmentalized from openable single door lockable to accommodate TPN aluminium bus bar of rating 1.5 times of incomer MCCB, incoming / outgoing MCCB/MCBs, danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull be provided including wall mounting fasteners. The panel shall consist of the following accessories:-

(a) MCCB Four Pole 100 Amps, 415 Volts 25 KA - 1 Nos (Incoming) (b) MCB TPN 32 Amps, 230 Volts - 1 Nos- 4 Nos (Kitchen, First floor, Second Floor) (c) MCB SPN 20 Amps, 230 Volts - 2 Nos (d) RYB Panel Indicators - 3 Nos

COOLING APPLIANCES/ HEATING APPLIANCES Supply and install refrigerator electric driven (Single Phase ) of capacity 190 Litres, 230 Volts , 4 Star rated all as specified and as directed.

Supply and install voltage stabilizer for automatic operation ,single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170V to 250V with output voltage stabilizer at 230V with accuracy of +2.5% and capacity 0.5 KVA

DEMOLITION/DISMANTLING Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody complete all as directed.

Taking down of Old MCB DB of any size complete all as directed.
