Deck Sheeting: Designing supplying, fabricating and providing of trapezoidal roll formed deck sheeting profiles of 70 mm depth made of galvanised steel troughed metal decking plate over cross girders/supports for cast in-situ deck slab of ROB/FOB. Thickness of deck plate shall be 1.00 mm (Minimum)and shall serve as permanent shuttering to deck slab of 250 mm ( max) thickness measured over crest of metal decking and shall have adequate strength to support the weight of green concrete and imposed loads during concreting over a span of 2000 mm between 7 supports, deck sheets to be embossed to facilitate enhanced sheet to concrete bonding. This item is inclusive of contractor's all materials, men, equipment, tools and plant, fixing arrangements, all lead and lift and the work to be carried out above railway tracks and 25 KV OHE electrified area without affecting railway traffic and damage to Railway properties as directed by Engineer-in charge NOTE: 1. The rate includes submission of manufacturers design calculations/test reports, technical details and the supply to be taken from reputed manufacturing firms . 2. Deck Sheeting/Sacrificial shuttering sheet should be of non-corrodible galvanized sheets confirming to IS:277 from leading brands such as TATA BLUE or JSW or equivalent
Preparation of Genaral arrangement drawing (GAD) along with site plan longitudinal section of track / Road to the required length / as directed by engineer in charge, Temporary Arrangemet Drawing (TAD) depending on site condtions a per Railway substructure code and as per 7 the direction of Engineer-in-charge including collection of site details from site. Submission of check print for verification by both Railway and Road authorities and after verificating submitting the final drawing plotted on latest tracing material for approval of competent authority duly attending all the additions, corrections / alterations alongwith 6 Nos . of blue print copies and soft copies of GAD, TAD, siteplan & LS etc., drawings to be submitted along with the check print and final print.
Carrying out design for PSC or RCC slab /RCC Box Sub structure, super structure to suit for latest loading standard through a qualified and registered designer/ consultant (Structural 7 Engineer) based on the approved GAD/ TADs by structural drawing in the format acceptable to the Railways administration, resubmitting with necessary changes as directed by the railways [if any], duly signed by the consultant. The cost includes submission of design booklets in 3 copies along with soft copies, tracing copies with 3 blue prints etc and as directed by engineer in charge. [Rates are inclusive of taxes]

Preparation of Completion plan- Preparation of completion plan and submission of the same to Railways with bridges completion certificate duly obtaining signature of SSE/Works or SSE/P.Way and ADEN incharge of the work. The drawing to be submitted in original tracing paper or Tracing film with one soft copy.
