Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specicification Clause 503.

Providing & laying 20mm thick P.C. over existing WBM surface and including p/l of Prime Coat @ 0.75Kg./Sqm & Tack Coat @ 0.35Kg./Sqm by bitumen emlusion, With graded approved quarry grit (0.018Cum 13.2mm nominal size and 0.009cum 11.2mm nominal size grit and as per P.W.D. specification as per direction of E/I.

Cleaning the Premix surface and laying Seal Coat of graded 2.36mm nominal size approved quarry grit @ 0.006cum per Sqm with 80/100 bitumen @ 0.68Kg./Sqm including heating the bitumen to required temp. including cost of grit, labour, T&P for proper completion of work. As per P.W.D. specification & as per direction of E/I.
