Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patches in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead including all carriages and cost of material involved.(1:4) Mix (1 cement : 4 course sand).

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows, clerestory windows, including ISI marked M S pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws including paneling and glazing all complete as per direction of EIC with 1st class kail wood.(35mm thick)

Providing and fixing 35mm thick wire gauze shutters of 1st class kail wood, using galvanized M.S wire gauze of average width for aperture 1:4mm with wire of dia 0.63mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished or / and black enameled M.S butt hinges with necessary screws.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer. Including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required shade and colour to give smooth finish with (two or more coats). Including priming coat of ready mixed paint.

Providing and fixing Ceramic glazed Floor tiles wherever required of size 1'0"x1'0" or above above in floors or as directed by EIC of approved make like NITCO, KAJARIA or equivalent etc. over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:13753 of minimum thickness 5mm of approved make like NITCO. ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slury @ 3:3 Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. including carriage of material.

Providing and fixing C.P. fittings and sanitary ware of approved brand (Jaguar , Cera or equivalent. as directed by EIC).

Providing and fixing of G I pipes with fittings and PVC pipes complete Job (as directed by EIC).

Waterproofing of all surfaces cleaning the surface with wire brush to make the surface free from all loose particles, dust, etc, then Repairing/making the corner fillets (i.e Gola ) with Dr, Fixit Pidicrete Urp 301 waterproofing compound in cement and sand mortar in the ratio of 5ltr.Urp : 1 cement : 4 sand. Then applying one coat of Dr. Fixit Tourch shield Primer or Equivalent with brush over the surface prepared for waterproofing. After primer coat Dr. Fixit Tourch shield membrane 3160 (3 mm thick) or equivalent is layed over all horizontal and vertical surfaces prepared with tourching and sealing of overlapped joints ( Min. overlap of joints = 100 mm).and then properly the membrane waterproofing coat with 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 mixed with water prompts compound as directed by EIC. The rates including cost and carriage of all material involved complete Job.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clesrestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately): Sal wood.

Providing and laying in position vitrified floor tiles (2'0" x 2'0") premium quality in floors of approved make like NITCO, KAJARIA or equivalent etc. over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 and jointing with grey cement slurry including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including all leads, lifts, costs and carriages of all materials involved.
