M&L for Submain wiring in concealed PVC conduct with 02 runs of 6 Sqmm and one run of 6 Sqmm as earth continuity, 1100 V grade PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS grade copper conductor cable signle core multistranded ISI marked (IS-694) drawn through and including 25 mm PVC rigid conduit heavy grade ISI marked (IS-9537, Part-III) including accessories such as bendes, supports etc all as specified. Note : 2 runs of main cable and one run of earth cable and one run of conduit/casing caping shall be measured as one unit.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

SEWAGE DISPOSAL

Supply and fix advance septic tank of capacity 5000 Lit made out of LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polythylene). The system consist of 01 No of LLDPE Tank made by Roto molding Process. The tank has minimum diameter of 1.97 meter with ususal process variation and and height of 2.30 meter with usual process variation. The tank to have two chambers (zones), i.e. settling zzone and film zone (High Specific Surface Area) with pall ring media. The first chamber works as solid separation zone where the settleable solids settle down and are further degraded anaerobically. Second stage is high specific surface area (100m² / m³) vide fixed film plastic media to retain high mass of anaerobic microorganism to degrade the organic matter in the sewage. Note. Excavation and Earthwork and other civil works required for the above job shall be measured and paid separately under respective schedule 'A' Parts of Excavation and Earthwork and Sewage Disposal.

AIR CONDITIONING

Supply, install and commissioning 2.0 TR Split AC units indoor/outdoor complete with cordless remote control unit and with in built air ioniser and Plasma filter for better indoor air quality with minimum 5 star rating complete all as specified and as directed.

FENCING AND GATE

S&F chain link fencing coloured PVC coated wire made out of 3.00mm outer dia hot dip GI wire , mesh size 2 inch x 2 inch (50mm x 50mm), including straining bolts etc and including provn of binding wires complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note. The dia of GI wire after PVC coating shall not be less than 3.50mm
