MANDATORY PART
Service contract for Maintenance of Complete Dry Bottom Ash Handling System of U#7(300MW) & U#8(250MW) / DPPS and Economizer hopper ash handling system of U#7 / DPPS (Supplied by M/s Magaldi Power(I) Pvt.Ltd) for a Period of 1(One) years with a provision of extension for another one year
OPTIONAL JOBS (MECHANICAL)
Complete (=4 Phases) Belt change in Single Lot or in phases for Post Cooler belt/Mac belt ( Belt will be supplied by DPL as per requirement & availability)(01 PH= 1/4th of Total Belt)
Belt segment change at a time For MAC and Post Cooler. ( Belt will be supplied by DPL )
Belt segment change of Economizer at a time.
Scrapper Build Up (for Mac & Post cooler spill chain ) 1 PH= scrapper build up of length 50m.
Repairing of Refractory touch up ( Refractory will be supplied by DPL )
OPTIONAL PART
Replacement of new compressor for air conditioners
Replacement of mother boards with electrical parts of air conditioners control system
Rewinding and overhauling of motors for air conditioners
Retrofitting and necessary adjustment during servicing of the air conditioners
Rewinding of motors from 0.12 KW to 7.5 KW
Rewinding of motors from 11 KW to 22 KW
Overhauling of motors from 0.12 KW to 7.5 KW
Overhauling of motors from 11 KW to 22 KW
Cable jointing charges with straight through jointing kits and necessary service for 95 sq mm cable
Cable Laying charges with straight through jointing kits and necessary service upto 24 sq mm cable
Cable jointing charges with straight through jointing kits and necessary service for 240 sq mm cable
Periodic visit of Service Engineer (on call basis) for Siemens make PLC(under C&I) and VFD (under E/M) for Hardware and software modifications and rectification , software installation for maximum period of 4 man days ( an intimation to be given to the successful bidder by DPL in the order)
Annual maintenance contract of DELL / HP make HMI PC for Hardware replacement or rectification and installations ( an intimation to be give to the successful bidder by DPL in the order)
Periodic visit of Service Engineer (on call basis) for Vertiv-Emerson make UPS faults rectification and modification on emergency basis.
