Note : 1. The tenderer shall note and check in ground before quoting his unit rate, all items of works shall be executed in any height of building & including provision of necessary scaffolding & safety measures. (a) Safety eqpt to be carried all time. (b) Functional tools & plants shall be carried by tradesman all time for attending any site. (c) Necessary ladder / cloth or any other material reqd. (d) Debris / site clearance immediately before leaving site. (e) A team will consist of 02 person will daily report to JE/AGE (f) Reduction of team can be done only with written permission of concern AGE. (g) In case of non-adherence of any of above fine/ penalty to be carried as under:- (i) 1st Time - Rs 200/- (ii) 2nd Time - Rs 500/- (iii) 3rd Time - Warning to contractor. (k) In case of 3 warning to contractor, it will be reflected in WLR for slow progress.

(i) Water charges will be applicabel as specified in CA. (ii) For electricity temporary meter to be installed by contractor for every quarter and electricity charge at allied as specified in CA.

Taking up or down steel /PVC tubing and connections and removing from site of following sizes, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel (GI) water tubing galvanised medium grade (ISI marked) of following size, with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor/wall/ ceiling (including scaffolding) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for refixing only incl cleaning of GI/pvc pipes by opening of fittings, removing mud, sludge, etc and refixing as stated above for pipes of size complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying of CPVC 20mm pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11/ (including special fittings if any i.e. Brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor etc) fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Suppling and laying 16mm bore 3-layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV (Including special fittings if any i.e. Brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor etc) stablised and antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good in cement mortar 1:3 girth of cutting n.exc 10cm in brick walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs hot water extention pipe made out of copper chromium plated 450mm long with brass adaptor and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs 450 mm long PVC connectors with brass adapters, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs white rectangular PVC water storage tanks (Loft tank) of capacity following sizes with complete fitting including fixing 03 Nos tank nipples of GI with washer for out let and inlet all as per manufacturers instructions including disconnecting service connections/over flow pipes and removing old tank to store complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs PVC profile suitable for PVC Loft tank of capacity following sizes including fixing aluminium channel around the profile complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs for framed brackets of angles, joist, channel, angle or tee sections fixed independently without connecting plates ect cut to shape (cut to ordinary length i.e within 20mm of the length indicated) drilled and cuntersunk for screws, including bending and welding as necessary, confirming to fe-410-0 or fe 310-0 including including cutting holes and making after fixing of bracket and removing of old brackets and remove to store complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

After sucking out entire moss and algae by wet vaccume pump, wash the tank with clean drinking water tank cleaning solution on all internal surfaces, then cleaning the bottom surface of the tank with vaccume pump to make it dry and providing sticker showing the date of cleaning complete all as specified and directed.
