Repair and Renovation of Residential Building Quarters of Sub Jail Bissam Cuttack in the district of Rayagada

Earth work in excavation of foundation in all kinds of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with doublers (except sheet rock and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads & lifts including dressing & leveling the bed & depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including Cess and cost of all labour T&P & dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Supplying and filling in foundation & plinth with sand in 23.5 cm (9") thick layers including watering and ramming with all cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges of all materials, and labour with T&P required for the work including Cess etc complete. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm (3/2") size clean hard black hand broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering & Curing etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges and all labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete including dewatering if required as per direction of Engineer In Charge.

Random rubble hard granite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size and quality and from approved quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with neCessaryprojections, chamfering and corbelling watering and curing etc, complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with alland Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

First class kiln burnt brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation using-K.B.-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges with all T&P & Cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

In Superstructure

Cement concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 12mm size hard granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete and compacting in layers not exceeding 15cm thick with proper packing and ramming each layer of concrete by means of vibrator including watering and curing etc.complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges with all T&P & Cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. work ofproportion(1:1:5:3) using 12mm size hard black crusherbroken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying & compacting concrete, watering and curing for 4 weeks, centering, shuttering & finishing the exposed surface smooth to recieve painting or white or colour wasing providing grooves or beads where neCessary with cost, conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges andof all materials and labour with T&P Cess required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charge for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and laying the grills and placing in proper position etc complete and as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge Column Base

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting bending,binding, cranking hooking, welding jointing (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance &of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&Prequired for the work with Cess etc,complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only) etc. in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6)finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint over a coat of oil bound primerto outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint and primer watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
