Charges for single joint Bevelled Ends circumferential butt welding for the joint of following thickness of MS pipe with bevelled ends which shall be bevelled to an angle of 30 degree measured from the line perpendicular to the axis of various diameter by matching the ends exactly after properly cleaning, preparing the surface and welding as per IS 3589 (2001) using suitable welding electrode as per IS 814 (Part 2) -1974 (E6010 /E6011/E7016/ E76018) for required thickness. Welding shall be done so that there shall be thorough fusion and complete penetration. Prior to welding, the ends of the pipes shall be fitted closely and they shall be held firmly while welding and the joints shall be neatly grinded and finished without any undulations.

Meter tube shall have a constant nominal inside diameter offering no obstruction to the flow. The accuracy should be inclusive of linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, temperature and pressure effects. Coil Housing shall be fabricated from stainless steel (SS304) for corrosion resistance and welded to the tube providing a completely sealed environment for all coils, electrode connections and wiring harness capable of submerged or buried operation with IP68 Protection. Signal Converter shall be pulsed DC coil excitation type with auto zeroing. The signal converter shall be remotely mounted away from the meter.
