Cleaning the existing granular base surface including removal of binding materials and other foreign materials with wire brushes and small picks sweeping with brooms or soft brushes and finally dusting with old gunny bags and or compressed air to receive bituminous.

Providing and applying Tackcoat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base/existing B.T ROAD Surface including clearing of the road surface and spraying priming @0.40kg/sqm and @ 0.20kg/sqm using mechanical means as per cluse 502 of Mosrt 7 H Specification for road & bridge work unit -sqm out put-3500 sqm.

Providind and laying "BITUMINOUS MACADAM" with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with Bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transportred to site laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibrating and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works. Data for 205 Cum (450 Tonne)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydro static paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge work. (Data for 195 Cum (450T)

Conveying the excavated earth by mechnical carriage from the site where it has been deposited after excavation & disposal of the same within 5 km. distance at suitable locations as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge etc. complete.

Binding the road surface with Sand of 6mm thick including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. comp. to work site

Providing and laying of Hot applied thermo plastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorysing glass beads at the rate 250gm per sqm area as per IRC.35 The finished surface to be level,uniform and free from streaks and holes etc.complete as per specification.

R.C.C work of M-20 grade with 20mm & down grade BHG C/B chips including hoisting, laying & all cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc. comp. to work site as per the specification approved by the deptt. & direction of EIC.

Supplying fitting & placing uncoated HYSD reinforcement including cutting, bendind,binding & placing the steel rods as per drawing & technical specification with cost of binding wire 18 to 20 gauge

Rigid & smooth centering & shuttering for R.C.C. and C.C. works including false works, dismantling and removing them from the site after casting, curing including cost of materials etc., complete.

Supplying all materials, labour, T & P ,tax with all cost for fitting , fixing & laying of reflective Studs on road surface with turning for clear vision at night as direction of EIC etc all complete.
