Demolition of reinforced Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for chajja, fins, louvers, parapet, floor, Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases,landing, and similar suspended work (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) etc from any by hammering carefully of concrete with necessary scafolding and protection as required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements as obtained after execution of item No. 1,2 here in before by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper and washing down with water as required and applying “Solvent free epoxy concrete bonding agent” as per manufacturer’s instructions on old concrete surfaces for bonding with new concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Applying two coats of “Epoxy zinc rich primer” as protective coat to expose surface of old and new reinforcement over 10 mm dia as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item No.4 above but reinforcement upto 10mm dia. Note for item No 3 to 5 : (i) Cost of chemical i.e. Solvant free epoxy, Epoxy zinc rich primer and cement and TMT bar shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item here in below. (ii) The work shall be carried out by the trained person as per manufacturer's instructions i.e. FOSROC/SIKA/ PIDILITE

Supply only. epoxy zinc rich primer. Make : Nitozinc primer of FOSROC/Friazinc R of SIKA/ or equivalent in PEDILITE

Supply only. Solvant free Epoxy concrete bonding agent. Make : Nitobond EP of FOSROC/Carbodur of SIKA/ or equivalent in PEDILITE. Note for item No 6 & 7 : Eqvivalent product of PIDILITE shall only be considered if specific brand of FOSROC/SIKA as mentioned above is not available in the market subject to production of sufficient documents to judge non availability and equivalency by the Accepting officer.

Supply only cement.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified & as directed. (Welding shall be measured and paid separately).

Material & labour for mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm bar, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified & as directed. (Welding shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for mild steel TMT deformed bar or twisted bars upto 10mm dia as in stirrups cut to lenth bent to shape required including cranking ,bending etc and lapping ,welding as directed to the existing one complete all as specified & as directed. (Welding shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for 4mm thick tack welding @ 150mm centre to centre for connection/jointing new with old reinforcement in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for providing reinforced cement concrete (1:1½: 3) type A0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture CONPLAST X421IC (Fosroc) or equivalent as per manufactures instructions as in columns, pillars,lintel, slab supported walls roof, landings, balconises, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item No. 13 above but in Chajja, facia, railing and parapet etc (Note for item No 13 & 14 : Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts,struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides & sofits of chajja, facia, railing, parapet etc for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonary built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but including ashlars facings, dressed stone work and pre cast concrete articles all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and set in CM 1:6 of type C1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for 20mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) in two layers, i.e 10mm thick in each layer, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing liquid admixture for concrete and mortar (Make :CONPLAST X421IC of Fosroc /SIKA No 1 of SIKA/equivalent brand of PIDILITE)

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 05mm thick in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in column, lintel,beam,chajja,facia, railing etc. Inclduing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.23 but in ceiling.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces, and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per item No.26 above but in ceiling.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrylic weather paint exterior grade over a coat of weather coat primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for preparing decorated surfaces, and applying one coats of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for preparation of existing treatment on wall and applying one coat of acrylic paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (squre or rectangle) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exce 0.11 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles 300x200 x7mm thick in skirting/dados etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Material and labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thck in CM 1:4 as backing coat to receive tiles in vertical position as dado/skirting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Material and labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in vertical position as dado/skirting. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections, segregating serviceable pipe for reuse complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 41 above but 20mm dia.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintel, etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. in brick walls and making good, cutting not exceeding 10cm girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Wooden chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutteres from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down steel/aluminium window/ventilator with shutters including guard bars if any all as directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. Supply and fix stainless steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and averaging of width of aperture 1.40mm, fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in pavement/plinth protection the plinth protection shall be laid in alternate bays and joints shall be filled with bitumastic gola with 80/25 bitumen finished fair and even complete all as specified & as directed.

Removing existing water proofing treatment where so ever exist (except concretepadding) and removing debris/rubbish off the site as directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position provided as in roof padding, roof curb etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: - (a) Demolition should be done carefully to roof slab. (b) Any damage occurred in the roof surfaces during demolition shall be made good by the contractor without extra cost to the department. (c) Disposal of debris/retrieved materials shall be thrown out of site at place as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing plain cement concrete type B- 1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding laid in slope as per requirement mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for water proofing treatment with APP based standard membrane over PCC padding in roof with the following courses of treatment for:- (a) Apply bituminous primer (IS 3384) @ 0.40 Kg per sqm of the surface area including cleaning the surfaces complete all as specified. (MAKE : TEXSA/BITUMAT/BITUNIL/SIKA) (b) Apply APP plastomeric bitumen based mineral finished water proofing membrane polyester reinforced(4 Kg/Sqm) with 10cm over laps and torch bonded at joints including surface preparation before and after application of treatment as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified. (Make of APP Membrane: Moply FP 3 mm mineral of TEXA/WP Shield 103 PM of SIKA or Equivalent material of BITUNIL/BITUMAT.
