Drilling of 300mm dia bore by DTH/ Odex rig machinery or any other suitable rig percolation’s any other for telescopic tubewell as per IS code 2800-1991 (Part-II) and IS: 1528-1979 (Part-II) as amended upto date in all kinds of soils establizing cost of all consumable stores, fuel, oil, establishing material and transportation and erection of rig and contingent equipment to the site of proposed bore and back complete in all respects. Upto a depth of 0 to 80 Mtr.

Drilling of 175mm dia bore by DTH/ Odex rig machinery or any other suitable rig percolation’s any other for telescopic tubewell as per IS code 2800-1991 (Part-II) and IS: 1528-1979 (Part-II) as amended upto date in all kinds of soils establizing cost of all consumable stores, fuel, oil, establishing material and transportation and erection of rig and contingent equipment to the site of proposed bore and back complete in all respects. Between depth 81 to 150 Mtr.

Supplying and lowering blind pipes of size 219.10 mm outer dia ERW slotted steel pipes as per IS: 4270- 1992 as amended upto date pipe in 4 to 7 mtr. random length with 88.90 mm of threaded eneds (8 threads to an inch or 25.40mm) manufactured out of 6.40mm thick M.S. plates with required number of M.S. socket 177.80mm length with inside thread to match the pipe threads and made out of M.S. plate in to borehold in vertical position including cost of scaffolding derricks, jim, poles, tools and plants ropes, gus, M.S. clamp embedded in foundation etc. complete in all respects to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in- Charge of the work including cost of all cutting, threading of pipe, welding where required and all sockets. The pipe shall be painted with anti-corrosive paint and covered tightly with polythene. Upto a depth of 0 to 80 Mtr.

Supplying and fixing well threaded M.S. cap on 219.10mm outerdia ERW housing pipe as per IS: 226- 1975, as amended upto date, complete, in all respects to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing 219.10mm M.S. clamp as per IS: 226-1975, as amended upto date for serving the housing pipe and to be supported on two girders not less than 100mm x 150mm size & 2 Mtr. long each embedded in suitable foundations to the approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

Development of tubewell according to clause 9.3 ( Development of tubewells) IS: 2800 –1991 ( Part-I) as amended upto date and specifications attached including cost of all consumable stores, fuels, oil, compressors and pumps and other tools and plants etc. required for the job till establishment, stabilizing and discharge free from sand particles after 30 minutes using air compressor and pumps suitable rating. when development is done by compressor of 450 cfm, 250 PSI rating = 10 Hrs.

Supplying, erection, testing and commissioning of submersible pumping sets as per BIS Specification No.8034-1989 (as amended upto date for pumps) and IS: 9283- 1979 (as amended upto date for motor) the pump motor sets should be capable of pumping clear fresh cold water having Characteristics as specified in Clause-4 ot IS 8034/1989 and Clause 4.1 of IS: 9283/1979. Each pump motor set shall be supplied with joint free 50 M. double length PVC insulated and PVC 4mm2 or any other suitable size Sheathed flexible 3 core flat type submersible Cable of finolex make and junction box for jointing of submersible Cable and Submersible pumping set. 250 LPM/ 90 M. Head (10.00 HP)

Supplying erection, testing of electric control panel board for Tubewells in pump chamber consisting of MS sheet of thickness 14 gauge duly painted box type floor mounted made of Angle frame containing 1 No. fully automatic air brake Starter suitable for 10.00 HP motor, Main switch of suitable range with HRC fuse, 1 NO. Volt meter (0 to 500 Volts), 1 No. Amp. Meter of 0 to 30 Amp. 3 sets of indicating lamp, Capacitor of suitable capacity and 1 No. single phase preventors with the timer switch including wiring in panel board and wiring from HVPN supply to panel board complete in all respect as per Specification given in Schedule No.II

Supplying and fixing following C.I. D/F pipe, CI specials, sluice valves with wheel, non return valves with G.M. Flap including cost of jointing materials, excavation, laying refilling including making adequate supports of masonry/concrete/steel for delivery pipe from submersible pump set upto 1.5 meter outside the outer wall of pump chamber as per plan shown as per specification given in Schedule No. II. Detail of pipe & specials a) CI D/F bends, reducers, tapers, tees tail piece, blank flange etc. upto 200 mm i/d (80 kg.).

Supply of Solenoid Driven Dosing systems on various tubewells with Level Controller, Power supply: 220V/50 Hz, Max input Power: 40 watts, Protection: IP 65, Frequency: 160 SPM, flow adjustment 0 to 100%, Flow Rate: 0-5 LPH, Back Pressure: 8kg/cm2, Pump Head, Connectors, PVDF, Diaphragm: PTEE Ball Valves: Ceramic, Seal: FPM injector; foot filter assembly: and stabilizer, 10 mtr. length of sub. cable with complete accessories alongwith the supply of sodium Hypo Chloride solution.
