Dismantling A.C. sheets roofing, conveying and stacking the AC sheets in the store yard within a lead of 1 K.M including removing of 'L' hooks washers etc. complete.

Dismantling cement concrete 1:3:6 or 1:2:4 richer mix including disposal off dismantled materials with in a lead of 30m within a lead of 30 m.

Dismantling & removing of old cement plastering & disposal of the debris within a distance of 150 m (KPWD data - item 31 of dismantling & demolishing).

Providing and fixing Ist quality verified floor tiles confirming to IS 13753 of minimum thicknes10mm of approved make like Nitco, Orient, Somany, Kajaria, or equivalent make in all colours for flooring over CM 1:3, 12 mm thick including into mediate filling of the tiles with matching pigment etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, including transportation of all materials to work site, all labour charges, tools , placing of cement mortar, laying tiles but excluding cost of cement, sand and tiles which will be supplied by the department on free of cost etc., complete.

Providing and laying CC 1:2:4 with 20mm chips 15mm thick for weighing room and floated hard trowelled smooth the top surface as directed by EIC including , scaffoldings, Transportation charges, labour charges, and minor tools but excluding cost of cement, sand and jelly which will be supplied by the department on free of cost etc complete.

Painting two coats with ready mixed acrylic plastic emulsion paint (extra) antifunges outside/inside of the building including one coat primer after rubbing with sand paper and cleaning the surface all labour charges, materials etc., complete.

Painting two coats on old wood work with approved ready mixed paint including all labour charges, brush, cost of all materials and minor tools etc completed.

Providing and fixing fully paneled Irul/Karimaruthu door Single / double hung (without fan light) with 10 x 8 cm size frame and 4 cm thick shutters including cost of sawn timber, all fittings, glass pane, cost of all labour cost of minor tools etc. complete.

Providing and fixing fully glazed windows double without fanlight made out of 10x8 cm frames and 4 cm thick framed shutters with 3 mm thick glass pans including cost of sawn timber, all fittings, glass pane, cost of all labour charges and minor tools etc. complete..

Providing and fixing wash down water closet (European type WC Pan) with integral 'P' or 'S' trap including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar 1:1 (one cement and one fine sand) but excluding cost of cement European WC pan etc complete.

Providing and fixing 12.5 ltrs low level flushing system with a pair of C.I or M.S. brackets complete with fittings such as lead valve……………15mm nominal size brass ball valve with polythene float, CP brass handle unions and couplings for connection with inlet, outlet and over flow pipes, 40 mm dia porcelain enameled flush bend including cuttings holes in walls and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet (over flow pipe to be measured and paid for separately).

Cleaning filled septic tank by removing he discharge and disposing the same as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges,minor tools etc. complete.

Cleaning filled soak pit by removing he discharge and disposing the same as directed by the EIC including cost of all labour charges and Minor tools etc. complete.

Cleaning well of quarters and offices including bailing out water and removing mud and other wastes as directed by engineer -in -charge.
