Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

Brick work with F.P.S brick of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth and in super structure including cost of scaffolding, curing etc complete. All work upto floor V level. In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement: 6 Coarse sand)

Providing and laying 1st quality Ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm/400 x 400mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of conforming to IS : 13755 of JOHNSON, SOMANY KAJARIA, make in colour as approved by the Engineer In Charge , laid over 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make (JOHNSON, SOMANY, KAJARIA make in colour as approved by the Engineer In Charge of size 300 x 450mm/300x600mm in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3Kg per Sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and fixing gang saw cut thick mirror polished machine cut for Treads & Risers of stair and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement ,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including edge moulding, rubbing, granite polishing to give high glossy finish etc. complete at all levels.
