Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete paver block of approved shape and colour of M -30 grade made of C&D waste by block making machine with vibratory compaction laid in required pattern and including over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. .

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing : 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Supply and stacking of cutback specialized instantaneous as road maintenance bitumen concrete compund shelmac /Bitumax PR Roadlay or equivalent duly packed in 25 kg bag comprising necessary ingredients as per manufacture specfication. The rate shall include loading unloading and carriage to DDA Store / Site as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge Nothing extra shall be paid on any other account.

Deploying the hydraulic excavator /JCB for collecting the malba, waste material of all kinds including malba, building rubbish silt,etc and levelling the ground including the cost of driver, fuel etc.complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Note: JCB shall be available 24x7 for quick resolution of complaints if not found on any required day timely as per direction of engineer in charge a penalty of Rs. 11000/- will be levied on the agency per day)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
