Spacial repair to internal roads

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART- I ( Internal Roads Shokhuvi) : Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: (All kinds of soil)

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres.

Supplying and stacking at site, 90 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate.

Supplying and stacking at site, 63 mm to 45 mm size stone aggregate.

Supplying and stacking at site, Stone screening 11.2 mm nominal size (Type B).

Laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified size to WBM specification in unifrom thickness, hand picking rolling with 3 sheeled road/vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and cambe, applying and brooming requisite type of screeing/binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density

Scarifying metalled (water-bound) road surface including disposal of rubbish, lead upto 50 m and consolidation of the aggregate received from scarifying with power road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : On W.B.M @ 0.75 Kg/sqm

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications : on bituminous surface @0.50Kg/sqm

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25 cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectivley per 100 sqm abd 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumenper cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidtion with road roller of 6 of 9 tonne capacity etc. completer(rack coat to be paid for separeately) With paving asphalt grade VG-10 heated and the mixed with solvent at the rate of 70 grams per kg of asphalt

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all work upto plinth level 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying non-pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C. pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete : (Use 600 mm dia. R.C.C. pipe)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all work upto plinth level 1:2:4 ( 1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size)

Filling available excavated earth ( excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundations etc in layers not exc 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying 20 mm thick Cement plaster 1:2 (1 Cement : 4 stone dust) on joints of hume pipe. (Out Side)

Providing and laying 15 mm thick Cement plaster 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) on rough side of single or half brick wall. (Out Side)

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART- I ( Drain with cover, Shokhuvi ) : Earth work in excavation in fdn trenches incl dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m incl getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in a lead of 50 m in all kind of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (Use 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

M & L for brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: (Use cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand))

M & L for 15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : (Use 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Providing, hoisting and fixing up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of required centering, shuttering but excluding cost of reinforcement, with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

M/L for steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. (use Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.) Note: Schedule of Credit mentioned at page No.17 of NIT shall be deducted from tender amount

SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART- II (Boundary Wall, Diphu ) : Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm M/L for earth work in excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m deep and wide and getting out in soft soil.

Providing and laying in position PCC (1:3:6) mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregates in foundation trenches.

Providing and constructing brick wall in cement mortar 1:6 using non modular brick .

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete (1:1½ : 3 ) with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregates , excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement , all work upto plinth level.

Providing and placing steel reinforcement for RCC work incl straightening, cutting, bending , placing in position and binding etc all complete. ( TMT bar)

Providing and fabricating, erecting of steel work in built up section/frame work incl cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primer coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and fixing GI barbed wire with angle iron post placed at reqd distance embedded in cement concrete, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100m ( minimum) fixed with GI staples, turn buckles etc complete

Providing and painting with two or more coats aluminum paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade ..

Providing and laying 50 mm thick cement concrete 1;2;4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone 20 mm nominal size agg) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in copping

RR masonry with hard stone in fdn and superstructure incl leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) with raised and cut pointing.

Providing and fixing on wall unplasticised rigid PVC pipes 75 mm dia weep holes

Centering and shuttering incl strutting, propping etc complete and removal of form work for copping.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for walls (any thickness ) including attached pilasters and string courses etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for suspended slab and access platform. with water proof ply 12mm thick.

Providing and placing steel reinforcement for RCC work incl straightening, cutting, bending and binding etc. all complete of (TMT bar).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforcement concrete (1:1½:3) with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregates, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement all work upto plinth level.
