Surface preparation by removing APP sheets, cleaning the surface with wire brush/pressure water jet, thinner to remove dirt, mildew, loosely held plaster, powdery residue, oil, grease or any other contamination etc as applicable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and application of thermacool STP, surface tolerant primer having adhesion of min 7.8 mpa and 82% nvm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and application by opening of cracks, saturating with elastomeric thermacool WP 51 as absorption coat and filling of the cracks with elastomeric waterproofing mixture of thermacool WP 51 & cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and application of 2 coats of thermacool WP 51 + cement mixture as waterproofing coat having +450% elongation , tensile strength min 2.2 mpa complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M & L for taking down off old cement plaster and cement motar (general purpose, factory made , for outdoor use having bulk density (of dry mix) 1600kg per Cum , wet density (after mixing) 1800 kg per Cum , dry density (after setting) 1800 kg per Cum, pot life 60min , compressive strength 1.5 Mpa to 5 Mpa , cappilary water absorption ≤ 0.40 kg/sqm min 0.5 , adhension 0.5 N/Sqm fracture pattern; B, water-vapour permeability coefficient ( µ ) 15/35 as per BS En 998-01 : 2010 , made using well graded manufactured sand filler , portland cement & ploymer binder, WPC and chemical additives ) for external rendering 20 mm thick in two coats of 15mm base coat and 5 mm finishing coat on bricks wall or concrete surface and making groove of appropriate size and finishing sand faced finished using sponge , including use of steel scaffolding and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed . Supply and application by brush , roller or airless spray , 2 coats of thermacool 0.3 c pure acrylic based , UV resistent , non-yellowing , bio-organism resistent (anti-fungal , anti-bacteria ) solar air heat relective coating conforming to BIS STD IS 17218 : 2019 with pull off adhesion 2.8 mpa , passes 2000 hrs accelerated durability test with sufficient dry time after first coat , suitable for all types of cementitious surface , matt, white colour complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.
