Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including:(c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip sqm Galvanised with serrations and serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium items. The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item , as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm up to two decimal places.(HSR 8.32)
Providing & fixing false ceiling at all height including providing & fixing of framework made of special section, power pressed from M.S. sheets and galvanised with zinc coating of 120 gms/ sqm (both side inclusive) as per IS 277 and consisting of angle cleat of size 25mm wide x 1.6mm thick with flanges of 27mm and 37mm, at 1200mm c/c, one flange fixed to the ceiling with dash fastener 12.5mm dia x 50mm long with 6mm dia bolts, other flange of cleat fixed to the angle hangers of 25 x10 x0.50mm of required length with nuts & bolts of required size and other end of angle hanger fixed with intermediate G.I channels 45 x15 x 0.90mm running at the spacing of 1200 mm c/c, to which the ceiling section 0.5mm thick bottom wedge of 80mm with tapered flanges of 26 mm each having lips of 10.5mm, at 450mm c/c, shall be fixed in a direction perpendicular to G.I intermediate channel with connecting clip made out of 2.64mm dia x 230mm long G.I wire at every junction, including fixing perimeter channels 0.50mm thick 27mm high having flanges of 20mm and 30mm long, the perimeter of ceiling fixed to wall/ partitions with the help of Rawl plugs at 450mm centre, with 25mm long dry wall screws @ 230mm interval, including fixing of Calcium Silicate Board to ceiling section and perimeter channels with the help of dry wall screws of size 3.5 x25mm at 230mm c/c, including jointing & finishing to a flush finish of tapered and square edges of the board with recommended jointing compounds, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compounds in three layers covering up to 150mm on both sides of joints and two coats of primer suitable for boards, all as per manufacture's specification and also including the cost of making opening for light fittings, grills, diffusers, cut outs made with frame of perimeter channels suitably fixed, all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Engineer in charge but excluding the cost of painting with:(HSR 9.51)

Providing and fixing of roller blinds on windows complete with material and labour complete with push up & down arrangement as per approved design / colour and Engineer-in-charge.(HSR 12.114)

Providing and fixing mineral fibre false ceiling tiles at all heights of size 595X595mm of approved texture, design and pattern. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 99%, Light Reflectance i!: 85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Fire Performance as per (BS 476 pt - 6 &7)in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking T-Grid of hot dipped all round galvanized iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @120 gsm) comprising of main T runners of 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross T of size 15x32mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600x600 mm suspended from ceiling using galvanized mild steel item (galvanised@80gsm) 50 mm long 8mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm diameter fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm, spaced at 1200 mm centre to centre along main 'T'. The system should rest on periphery walls /partitions with the help of GI perimeter wall angle of size24x24X3000 mm made of 0.40 mm thick sheet, to be fixed to the wall with help of plastic rawl plug at 450 mm centre to centre & 40 mm long dry wall S.S. screws. The exposed bottom portion of all T-sections used in false ceiling support system shall be pre-painted with polyester baked paint, for all heights. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawings and as per directions of the engineer-in-charge.With 16 mm thick bevelled tegular mineral fibre false ceiling tile (NRC 0.55 to 0.6 (HSR 32.47.1)
N.S ITEMS CIVIL WORK
P/F Acoutical False ceiling with ½”x 3” Steam Beach wooden strips fixed on necessary G.I. framework (Make- Gypsteel/India Gypsum/Gabson) consisting of fixing GI perimeter channels of 27 mm x0.5 mm thick having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm along with perimeter of the ceiling, screws fixed to RCC/Brick /Foam block walls / gypsum board partitions with the help of rawl plugs and screws . The suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45 x 0.55 mm thick with two flanges of each from the soffit @ 1200 mm centres with GI hangers of 25mm x 0.5 mm thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fastners and to intermediate channel with GI nut and bolt @ 1200 c/c both ways. Ceiling section of 0.5 mm thickness having knurled wedge of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 600mm centres. Glass wool 50mm thick and 24kg/cum dnsity will be fixed in the pinewood panels. A layer of fabric of approved shade (rate upto Rs./- mt.) and colour is fixed on the frame work ply before fixing stream beach wooden strips. This is followed by two coats of melamine polish (MRF make) with sealer (MRF make) on base and necessary rubbing complete in all respect. Polish to be done with the help of compressor.(N.S)
Providing and fixing in position as per drawing & design the Fabric cladded acoustical panels on the GI framework (Make- Gypsteel/India Gypsum/Gabson) consisting of fixing GI perimeter channels of 27 mm x0.5 mm thick having one flange of 20 mm and another flange of 30 mm along with perimeter of the ceiling, screws fixed to RCC/Brick /Foam block walls / gypsum board partitions with the help of rawl plugs and screws . The suspending GI intermediate channels of size 45 x 0.55 mm thick with two flanges of each from the soffit @ 1200 mm centres with GI hangers of 25mm x 0.5 mm thick fixed to soffit with GI cleat and steel expansion fastners and to intermediate channel with GI nut and bolt @ 1200 c/c both ways. Ceiling section of 0.5 mm thickness having knurled wedge of 51.5 mm and two flanges of 26mm each with lips connecting clips and in direction perpendicular to the intermediate channel at 600mm centres. There shall be on over lap of fiber reinforced glass wool 50mm thick and 24kg/m3 dnsity (Make - UP twinga/Owen cornil) sandwitched in accoustical tissue paper from both sides, held with necessary clipping arrangement. The size of the panels shall be 600mm x 1200/2400 m with a thickness of 20 mm. The panels shall be fixed on the GI frame with the help of edge profile (Make: Anutone Acoustics/ Himalayan Acoustics).(N.S)
Providing and fixing graphic loop pile, heat set polypropylene commercial carpet , 26 Oz/Sq. yard including grippers at joints, ends doorways etc. Yarn type should be olefin in combination with nylon, it should have action backing, and solution dyed flammability class II and limited commercial wear warranty 10 years. Also, soldering is to be done on all the edges. The carpet wil be fixed on 8mm thick 18kg/cum density foam (Make : Supreme /Paramount) and the foam is fixed with the floor by glue. complete in all respect with the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Make:Unitex/Concepts/CCIL)(N.S)
