Demolition of Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation & man holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as directed.

Excavating over areas not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out in hard dense soil complete all as specified.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out soft/ lose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc.1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping, for lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC design mix M-25 as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for RCC design mix M-25 as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) set in cement mortar (1:4) in landings, cover slabs (for manholes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M&L for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2 laid and jointed with collars for drain pipe 200mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Schedule of credit Rs. 10,000.00 will be deducted from total amount quoted while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
