Demolition of brick /stone masonary built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 2 above but expect blocks or slabs set in cm 1:6 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of stone/ brickwork on wall finished even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of stone/ brickwork on wall finished even & smooth without using extra cement etc complete complete all as specified.

M&L for preparing the new surfaces of wall and applying two coat of oil bond distemper over a coat of interior wall care putty 3mm thick complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint on walls including priming surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with machanical wall sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust ,loose paint etc by skilled labour and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion over one coat of exterior wall primer using airless spary technology with max two working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray macine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying acrylic emulsion should be able to spray in hard to reach area and penetration of acrylic emulsion on the surface etc. byskilled labour as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint all weather and water proof suitable for wall /concrete surface including preparation of surfaces and over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level) and disposing the rubbish to a distance exceeding 50 Mtr but not exceeding 100 Mtr away to low lying areas complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast rubber moulded interlocking rubber moulder paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness, M - 35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.
