M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size brick) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half bricks thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on concrete surfaces such as soffit of RCC slab, chajjas and brick walls, Ceiing etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick Work or concrete surfaces including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on of brick work or concrete surface finish/in patches even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) incl WPC @ 3% of weight of cement as per user manual complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 4.8 mm thick float glass ordinary quality' frosted glass and glazing with aluminum beeding and gasket to aluminum framework in square exc 0.50 sqm in each pane in repair complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for 10 -12 mm thick glass door, frosted with certain logo, fixed with floor spring, fixed on floor with two nos stainless steel handle of 300mm on each leaf and fixed partition arrangement incl necessary provision to lock the door complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 25 mm dia decorative/fancy type stainless steel curtain rod with brackets and knobs at both ends as per site requirement incl taking down old existing pipes with accessories complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: the cost of brackets and knobs is deemed to be incl in the quoted rate.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for Glazed ceramic jointless light/coloured group of size 300/350mmx450/600mm, thickness not less than 6mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match, laid over and including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, incl dismantling tiles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : shade & design as approved by EIC/GE complete all as specified.

M&L for fully vitrified tiles 9 to 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm but not exc 1.00 Sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and spacer incl pointed in white or coloured shine Epoxy tile grout to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes having ultra/double charged/HD Vitrified tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Granite 18-20mm thick glossy finish (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl moulding ,rounding of edgeing and dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of Makrana white incl roundening the edge of stone complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in laying of floor finishes incl demolition complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre pulp insulation etc) or insulation boards, slabs, blankets any thickness, incl cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for plain gypsum board panel on ceiling with and incl necessary Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PVC hollow panelling 5 to 8 mm thick on ceilling with necessary frame work in Design POPUP pattern and any colour approved by engr-in-charge, inclusive of fixing on to ceiling incl moulding end caps fixed with PVC sleeves and screws as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PVC hollow wall panelling 7 to 8mm thick any colour/design approved by engr-in-charge, inclusive of fixing on to wall incl moulding end caps fixed with PVC sleeves and screws as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Easing andAdjusting aluminium door and window including refixing beading after replacement of defective portions such as door closer, aluminium handles, hinges, locks, new rubber gasket, aluminium beading, preleminated prarticle board, sheet glass etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : Door closer, door spring, aluminium beading, preleminated gasket, aluminum beading, preleminated particle board, sheet glass shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedules.

S & F for rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters,truss, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails, cleat or other connecting plates cutting, welding including Nut Bolts, Fe 410-W(Gde -E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., incl welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
