Earth Work Excavation and deposting on banks with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, muram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small boulders etc., as per SS 20B excluding hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, baling out water wherever necessary and including refilling consolidation etc., complete in all respects complying with relevent standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers. Supplying and filling with M Sand well watered rammed, and consolidated complying with relevant standard specifications etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and Laying PCC 1:4:8 (1 of Cement, 4 of M-Sand and 8 of graded metal) using 40mm metal including cost and conveyance of all materials mixing, laying, compacting, curing etc., complete and as directed by the dept. officers.

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting up to 3.30 m height with all cross bracing for plane surfaces as detailed below, using mild steel sheets of 90 X 60 cm 10 gauge stiffened with MS angle of 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over adjustable span & jacks and supported by 50mm dia pipes for general pipes scaffolding systems @ a spacing of 1.20m c/c and vertical connected at a height of 2.0m c/c including 'C' & 'U' clamps and base receiver cup at bottom for connecting pipes etc and removable systems etc., the rate including cost of all materials, labour charges, wastages, placing, transportation, lead & lifts, tools & plants, fuels, fixing in position at all levels, heights, masking tape in sheet joints, consumables, etc. as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification, as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. b)For column footing plinth beam bed blocks templates staircase, steps piers, raft beam, raft slab etc.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS Rods for all RCC works including bending, tying grills and placeing in position including cost of steel, binding wire etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officer.

Brick Work in CM 1:5 [One of Cement and Five of M-Sand) 230mm thick Using flyash brick of size 230x110x75mm including cost of mortar curing etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with C.M 1:3 (1 of Cement and 3 of MSand) 12mm thick with M sand for plastering including curing, neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with C.M 1:5 (1 of Cement and 5 of MSand) 12mm thick with M sand for plastering including curing, neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Painting the walls with textured paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes, sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer (the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Supplying and fixing of MS grill for Windows and Gate enclose including cost of materials, cutting, welding and fixing charges etc.., all complete and directed by the deparmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors including cost fpriming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Provide expansion joints at distance of every 30m at junctions of vertical faces of walls with 20 mm thick Bitumen pad keeping in position during concreting as per specification.

Cladding the vertical wall with Pre-polished S.K.Blue Granite slabs (16mm to 18mm thick) and best quality free from all defects and set in CM 1:2 for 10mm thick.etc., complete as directed by the Engineer - in -charge

Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Logo in Entry and Exit arches of Kolathur Ornmental fish trade centre. The logo is made up of titanium gold colour metal of size 4 sq.ft supported over stainless steel clamp with back lighting arrangements for the following logo each of 2 Nos of VCVT, CMDA, TN Government and KOFT.
