Complete removing of existing treatment by scrapping with Asian paints True Care Wall sander:-L-01/H-01(Having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/"9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc, by skilled labour.

M&L waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1mm of Asian paints or its equivalent over the plastered/ old painted wall after scrapping by skilled labour. Step 1 :- Mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Asian Paints True care putty mixer (True care Putty mixer with min 1400W power having mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5Kg putty per minute). Step 2 :- Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints True care Greco Spray Machine (Model: EH 230DI) or equivalent having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" Step-3 : Allow 6-8 hrs time ot dry the putty surface.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracing pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach area and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:-Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer.

M&L preparing old surface of walls, plastered or un plastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots & applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion (Washable oil bound distemper) on wall including cornices, plasters complete all as specified & directed.

M&L preparing old surface of ceiling, plastered or un plastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots & applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion (Washable oil bound distemper) on ceiling including cornices, Plasters complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality all as specified.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of steel or iron of materials of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality all as specified.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment on old surfaces of brick/concrete wall surface by brushing, washing upto four story bldg including necessary scaffolding/arrangement for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water complete all as specified.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick/stone masonry surfaces including patches or on fair faces of brick masonry finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
