Providing and fixing of Aluminium composite panel of approved make and colour for wall cladding for Brick/RCC/stone walls & columns/beams with necessary aluminium frame works at required level made out of 50x25x4mm C section or equivalent. The panel should consist of 3mm thick non-halogenated FR grade mineral based polymer ( 2 hrs fire resistance as per ASTM E119-12 and clause B, S1, do as per ENT 13501-1sandwiched between 0.50 skins thick aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 4mm. The surfaces will be finished with PVDF based coating on topsides and service coating on reverse sides would be in polyester paint. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 m or as desired by Engineer in-charge. Providing, fabricating and fixing of 10 mm thick Decorative Grooved Bamboo Wood Wall cladding with panel size 1220mmx2440mm, thermal insulation value 2.2 J/g OC & having density 1300kg/m3. The base material shall be of MDF and the surface of Bamboo shall be coated with Grapheme based PU Coating. The material shall possess special properties such as Fire resistant, Thermal insulation, Sound absorbent and UV & Water resistant. The panel shall be fixed on walls using Mild steel screws or by using special adhesives as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and supplying 'Acoustical Wall Paneling' with square edges made of fibre glass substrate 25mm thick and wrapped on the front side with an acoustically transparent and classified for Fire reaction Class A, as per ASTM E-84, fabric with option of colors - as per the choice of the Architect/Engineer incharge of the size 600x600mm, 600x 1200mm & 600x1800mm providing a minimum sound absorption level of 0.85 NRC to be affixed to wall using Wall panel lmpaler sand construction adhesives as per the instructions laid down by the certified manufacturer.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes, door handles, stopper, lock etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

PART-C: ELECTRICAL WORKS Providing and installation of 25mm (1") flexible Alkathene conduit pipe. Providing of 25mm (1") ID, heavy duty (2mm wall thick), flexible Alkathene conduit pipe suitable for concealed electrical wiring with required 1/2/3/4 way deep junction box and other accessories. The flexible conduit shall be of reputed make such as Alkathene/Fine-O-Plast / Finolex / Precision / Modi / Presto Plast / Swastik OR equivalent approved make. The item sample shall be shown to engineer in-charge (Electrical) and get approved before bulk supply & installation.

Installation of 25mm Alkathene conduit pipe supplied against item no1.1. The alkathene conduit pipe shall be embedded in wall / ceiling / concrete beam /column by chipping concrete/brick wall, tying with binding wire before concreting, wall plastering / finishing. For concealed wiring, an inspection junction box (deep JB) must be provided at every conduit junction and at an interval of every four (04) meter length including every wall/floor crossing. All accessories and consumables required for installation are in the scope of contractor to complete the job in all respect. All as instructed by the engineer in-charge.

Providing and installation of Panel Board /COS /Lighting / Power MCB Distribution boards

Providing of double door, 4 way, 4+12 modules, MCB DB consisting MCB's of 'C' characteristic curve, Minimum 6KA breaking capacity with neutral link and enclosure earthing provision. a) MCB DB of make Siemens (Cat. 8GB32202RC04)/ L&T Hager/Havel's/MDS Legrand. b) 01 number 63 amps, 4 pole(TPN), 100mA sensitivity RCCB as incomer. c) 6+6 number 20 & 6 amps, single pole MCB. The new MCB DB's to be installed at wall by suitable anchor fasteners and the job also includes connection of incoming cable, all out going loads and dressing of all cables in DB. All required accessories and hardware's are in contractors scope to complete the job in all respect. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Installation, testing & commissioning of Lighting /Power/Receptacle MCB DB/panel. Work includes handling and shifting of panels to the location. Installation of MCB's neutral link and panel earthing arrangements. All the hardware required for the completion of job in all respect is in scope of contractor. All as directed by the engineer-in-charge.

The new MCB DB's to be installed at wall by suitable anchor fasteners and the job also includes connection of incoming cable, all out going loads and dressing of all cables in DB. All required accessories and hardware's are in contractors scope to complete the job in all respect. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

FR3-250A 4P 415V AC)/ Siemens/Havel's/MDS Legrand) All required accessories and hardware's are in contractors scope to complete the job in all respect. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying of cable up to size 3.5/4 core x 16 sq.mm and up to 50 sq.mm, having aluminium OR copper conductor, PVC/XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured/unarmoured LT cable in already excavated trench / hume pipe / Tunnel / GI OR PVC pipes etc. and to be routed & clamped on wall, floor etc. wherever necessary. The cable shall be issued as free issue item by the department. Scope of work includes transporting of cable from Electrical stores to location and laying of cables. All other accessories such as GI clamp, hardware & consumables are in contractors scope. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Glanding, Termination and Connection of cable.:- Glanding, end termination and connection of the already laid aluminium / copper cable of required size. Providing and fixing of suitable size brass double compression type glands as per requirement including supply of suitable Jainson / Dowel's make solder less crimping type aluminium / copper lugs. The drilling of holes on gland plate, providing of all hardware & consumables, gland & lugs required to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & installation of copper earthing wire.

Providing of 14 SWG size, Industrial grade, bare copper wire (1 Kg. copper wire is approximately 100 meter ).

Installation of 14 SWG size copper wire suitable for equipment earthing to be laid & clamped along with conduit.. The job includes shifting, handling and laying of copper earthing wire. The wire shall be laid as per field requirement clamping on conduit, wall/floor and connecting to required equipment/panel/DB etc. The copper clamp & all required accessories / hardware are in scope of contractor & all as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing 25 X 3 mm size, Industrial grade, hot dip galvanised GI strip suitable for equipment earthing. (1 meter of GI flat weighs approximately 0.60 Kg. Hence 100 meter is around 60 Kg.

Installation of GI flat of size 25 x 3 mm to 50 X 6mm. The job includes shifting, handling and cutting of GI flat. The GI flat shall be laid as per field requirement by welding to existing earth flat (the welded portion shall be applied with cold galvanising paint), clamping on wall/floor and connecting to earth pit and required equipment/panel/DB etc. with bolt & nut as per the site requirement. The hardware, clamp & all required accessories / hardware are in scope of contractor. And all as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Point Wiring:- Providing and wiring for light, fan and power plug points. The job also includes supply and connection of 3 core X 0.75/1 sq.mm copper flexible cable for connection of FL/LED tube/down lights/fans and required pin type copper lugs are in contractors scope. All wires shall be of PVC insulated 650/ 1100 volt grade, copper conductor, multi stranded confirming to latest IS : 694. The make of wire shall be Finolex/V-guard/Havel's/Premier/Nicco/Polycab. Note: The 3phase segregation and load balancing of each circuit shall be properly maintained.

Primary Light / Fan Point / 15A power point: Supply and wiring for light / fan point with Three runs of 1.5 sq.mm (for phase, neutral & ground), 650/1100 volt grade, copper conductor, PVC insulated, single core multi strand wire by pulling through embedded/concealed PVC conduit. The supply and fixing of PVC round plate is in the scope of contractor. All required materials like pvc round JB, one number 6 amps 3 plate ceiling rose, one number 6amps single pole switch and 1.5 sq.mm wire etc. to complete the work in all respect is in contractor's scope. All as per specifications and as directed/instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The colour code of wires for 3 phase shall be red, yellow, blue and black for neutral. The earth wire shall be of green colour. The polycarbonate type switch/socket/ceiling rose of make Lisha / Anchor / GreatWhite / Rider / Cona to be used. The fan regulators are not covered in this item.

Secondary light/fan point: Providing and pulling of Three runs of 1.5 sq.mm (for phase, neutral & ground), 650/1100 volt grade, multi strand, copper conductor, PVC insulated, single core wire from one (primary) point to next light point and termination of wire at both ends. The required PVC round JB, one number 6 amps ceiling rose and 1.5 sq.mm copper wire etc. to complete the work in all respect is in contractor scope & as directed by engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- The colour code of wires for 3 phase shall be red, yellow, blue and black for neutral. The earth wire shall be of green colour. The polycarbonate type switch/socket/ceiling rose of make Lisha / Anchor / GreatWhite / Rider / Cona. The fan regulators are not covered in this item.

Power point wiring for AC & 20A receptacles: Providing and pulling of Three runs of 4.0 sq.mm (for phase, neutral & ground) 650V / 1100 volt grade, multi strand, copper conductor, PVC insulated wires by pulling through embedded/concealed PVC conduit from MCB DB to 16/20Amps AC and power socket. Termination of wires with identification ferrules is in the scope of contract. (The colour code of wires for phase is Red, Yellow, Blue and Black for Neutral. The earth wire shall be of Green colour). All as per specifications & as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and pulling of wires. :- Providing and pulling of 2.5/4.0 sq.mm, 650/1100 volt grade, copper conductor, multi strand, PVC insulated wire confirming to IS:694 through the existing concealed/embedded PVC conduit from MCB DB to main switch board and power socket boards. The work includes termination & connection of wires at both ends by using suitable crimping type lugs, identification ferrules, neatly dressing of wires in DB and proper load distribution etc. is in the scope of contract. The make of wires shall be of Finolex /V-guard / Premier / Nicco / Sirco / Havel's / Polycab. All as directed/instructed by engineer-in-charge. Note :- 3 runs of wire is for phase, neutral & ground from lighting MCB DB to main switch boards, and power MCB DB to individual AC / Power points. The colour code of wires for 3 phase shall be red, yellow, blue and black for neutral. The earth wire shall be of green colour.

Providing of 4.0 sq.mm wire.

Pulling of wire up to 4.0 sq.mm.(supplied against item Nos. 8.1 to 8.3) for main supply (individual phase) to main switch boards and individual 15 amps 5-in-1 power sockets. All as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and installation of flush GI sheet metal switch box of 1.6mm thick. The box shall be provided with 3mm thick white/ ivory colour hylam sheet at front side for installing switch/socket/fan regulator. The 2/3 portion of depth (around 40 mm or full flushed with wall as per requirement) of switch box shall be embedded in brick wall and shall be finished the chipped portion of wall. The switch box shall be installed on brick wall with wood screws. The actual dimension of box may differ from one make to another, but the nearest matching dimension will be accepted. The all accessories & hardware are in scope of contractor. All as instructed by the engineer in-charge.

Providing 5-in-1 combined, 6/16 amps, Polycarbonate, 3/3 pin socket with 6/16 amps SP switch Combind unit on every main switch board and power socket boards wherever required and as instructed by the engineer in-charge .

Installation of SWITCH SOCKET COMBINED (5 pin), 20A/10A with Box supplied against item Nos. 9.3 with all connection box to be installed with self threaded screws and PVC sleevs on wall/column. All consumable required for completion of job is in this

Providing and installation of ceiling & Exhaust fans.

Providing of BLD type copper wound ceiling fans of 1200 mm sweep, 300-375 rpm, double ball bearing, 3 blade, brown colour, Usha / Crompton Greaves / Baja / Havel's/ Khetan with down rod and all its accessories (The supply of fan regulator is covered under item Nos. 10.2). The item sample shall be submitted to engineer in-charge and get approved before bulk supply.

Installation of ceiling fans supplied against item Nos.10.1 with its switch & regulators on switch box. The work includes assembling, fixing, making all the connections including earth connection. The fan shall be fixed on the hooks embedded in the ceiling by using supplied fan rod. The fan shall be connected from nearest point by using 3C x 0.75/1 Sq.mm copper conductor PVC insulated, PVC sheathed cable. The 3 core X 0.75/1 sq.mm copper flexible cable for connection of fans is in contractors scope. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing heavy duty exhaust fan of 300 mm sweep, 230 volts, 50Hz, 75watts,1300 -1400 rpm, Usha/Bajaj/Havel's (Cat. FHVVEMTDBS12)/Crompton Greaves Khetan with all its accessories. The item sample shall be submitted to engineer in-charge and get approved before bulk supply.

Installation of exhaust fans at openings provided for this purpose supplied against item Nos.12.3 with its switch on switch box. The work includes assembling, fixing, making all the connections including earth connection. The installation includes supply and fixing of anchor fasteners/coach screws, 3C X 0.75/1 sq.mm copper cable for connection at ceiling rose as well as fan motor is in the scope of contractor. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of various type LED lighting luminaries of make Bajaj / Philips / Havel's / Crompton / Wipro / Syska / Anchor/ Crompton Greaves with built in driver unit as per field requirements. The required hardware's and cable for termination is in contractors scope. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing of 15- 16 watt, recess mounted round shape (160 mm (+/-5mm) dia) OR square shape (1' x 1' - 300mm X 300mm)) LED downlight fixtures as per Havel's Cat Nos. EDGEPRONEORDDLR12WLED865S OR EDGEPRONEOSQDLR12WLED865S.

Providing of 36watt, 2ft X 2ft (600mm X 600mm) LED recess/surface mounting down light fixtures as per Havel's Cat. ENUSNEO2X2PLR36WLED865PO.

Installation and fixing of lighting luminaries supplied against item Nos. 13.0. The fixtures has to be shifted to location by the contractor. The installation job also includes fixing of electronic driver, LED tube lamps/ down lights with all accessories, marking & cutting of fall ceiling and installation of luminaries. The fixtures to be supported with suitable hooking/clamping arrangements as per field requirement. The required accessories, ceiling rose, hardware's, clamps & PVC round blocks as per the field requirement is in contractors scope. The fixtures shall be connected by using 3core X 0.75/1 sq.mm PVC insulated, copper conductor, multi strand flexible cable from nearest ceiling rose/switch board/angle holder/junction box. All as instructed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Installation of 12 to 18 watt, recess mounted round (170 mm (+/-5mm) dia) OR square shape (1' x 1' - 300mm X 300mm)) shape green LED downlight fixtures with lamp and accessories on wall, ceiling or specified location.

Installation of 2ft X 2ft (600mm X 600mm) LED recess/surface mounting down light fixtures.

Installation of 90 wats LED lights supplied against Item No: 11.3 on on GI pipe elbow. Department will provide ladder on free of cost. Shifting of ladder & fittings will be in the scope of contractor. The job to be carried out with all safety measures as Industrial safety guidelines.

Installation of Philips/Cromptom/Bajaj/Syska make 18/20 watts LED Single/Twin Tube Light fixutres.

Providing assistance of man power for any unforeseen / unexpected works such as removal/servicing / repair / handling of old removed panel & lighting fixtures, installation of change over switch, SFU on power DB, providing temporary connection for power DB's, including assisting the departmental staff to carry out the unforeseen and miscellaneous works during execution of main building's electrical works. All as per technical specification and as instructed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- One operation shall mean deploying one Skilled, qualified Electrician OR one unskilled Helper with required tools, tackles and plants for attending the unforeseen works & repaire / handling of re-usable fixture / cables etc. Which are required for a duration of eight hours.

The maintenance free earth pit station made out of 3 meter length, 80mm dia, 250 micron copper coated/GI pipe with back filling compound and masonry chamber or readymade FRP pit cover as per IS – 3043 at location shown by the Engineer. All as per technical specifications. All the items to complete the job in all respect is in contractors scope. And all as instructed by the engineer- in-charge.

Installation, testing and commissioning above earth pit supplied against item Nos. 14.0 at location shown by the Engineer-in-Charge. The scope of work includes excavation of earth to the required depth and filling of pit with back filling compound after installation of earth electrode etc.,. All as per technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
