Material & labour for PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C-2 using 40mm grade stone aggregate for foundation of stay/pole/ strut as per specified and directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1 : 3 : 6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for pedestal including necessary from work including finishing to exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 3 & 4 : Volume of pole/ strut embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment.

Supply & fix stay assembly comprising of stay bow galvanized 14mm dia x 400mm long, stay rod 16mm x 2.15 meter long with nuts, bolts, washer, mild steel galvanised stay plate of size 30cm x 30cm x 6mm thickness, two Nos thimble and clamps etc complete all as specified in electrical No 1 of SSR Part-I. Note : Loop type insulator, excavation & earth work and concrete foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective of Sch 'A'

Material & labour for pin type, porcelain vetreous white, brown or insulators incl one gaivanized MS spindle, two galcanized iron washers & one GI nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia, 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for shackle type insulator, porcelain vetreous white, incl gaivanized MS strips washers & nuts working pressure 1100 Volts, 100mm high and 115mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and carefully taking down and Material & labour for galvanized steel stranded stay wire of any size for stay of poles including necessary clamps of 50 x 6mm FI and bolts nuts of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Matrial & labour for repair of GO to smooth operation & alighment of contacts, connect/tighting of HT cable including greasing of moving mechanism, replacement of Male contact/moving contact blade, female contact/fix contact jaw, tinned copper flexible jumper, MS jumper carrier, back connector plate where required and replacement of handle/lever, nut-bolts washers etc. of required size and length and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour for cutting of tree-branches touching HT/LT OH lines having girth exc 30cm and n.exc 100cm and disposal of the branches to a distance n.exc 50mtr and clearing the site all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour Painting of old surface and applying two coats of aluminiuim paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer to existing MS channel, clamps, etc on existing any type of poles of 9/11 mtr all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Painting of old surface and applying two coats of black and white as Zebra crossing, white painting of pedestal etc on existing RCC poles of 9/11 mtr all as specified and directed.

De-Hydration and filtration of transformer oil of the transformer, and Voltage stablizer, AC, 11KV/433 Volts mounting on 2 pole/4 pole structure/platform from all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Topping the transformer with new transformer oil of dielectric strength more than 50 KV, mounting on 2/4 pole structure/plate from all specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Painting of Transformer 11/0.433 KV form painting out side with two coats of synthetic enamel grey paint after scraping old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed of 315 KVA capacities :-

Replacement of sillica gel for transformer of capacity 63/ 250/ 315 KVA complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair asbestos rope for exhaust pipe of DG Set complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to DG Set 15-25 KVA with prime mover water cooled engine 4 stroke vertical dismantling of head assy and carrying out over hauling of the engine by repair and replacement of the following parts :- (a) Repalcement of fuel filter element - 01 No (b) Repalcement of oil & oil filter (c) Repair to engine panel wiring by replacement of wire looms, indicator lamp etc. (d) Replacement of tappet cover gasket - 01 set (e) Tightening of head stud nuts - 01 set (f) painting of complete DG set after cleaning and testing after repair as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for repair of LT panel inner/outer doors by replacing of door hinges, handle, locking arrangement & misc work for smooth operation of panels doors.

Disconnecting and taking out carefully existing defective copper cables from panel boards and Supply, fixing & testing PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor heavy duty 1100 Volts grade single core LT cable of size 16 Sqmm for connection between bus bar and main switch of LT panel board or alternator to panel board including providing solderless copper thimbles complete all as directed.
