REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF SPARES TO 11 KV SWITCH YARDS DEHYDRATION OF TRANSFORMERS CERTAIN REPAIRS TO 11 0.433 KV SUB STATIONS AND 132 11 KV MAIN RECEIVING STATION INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF FAULTY HT CABLES UNDER GE I RND RCI HYDERABAD

Supplying, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of 3 Core 120 Sqmm, 11000 volts grade, Earthed, HT XLPE insulated, insulation screened with extruded semi-conducting compound in combination with copper tape (0.3 KA for one second), cores laid up, PVC inner sheath with fillers, galvanized steel flat strip armoured, heavy duty, electric cables, with multistranded aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound and overall PVC sheathed cable as per IS-7098 (Part-2) 1988 with latest amendments, laid in trenches/ passing through pipe/duct/road crossing or fixed on poles, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as crimping type lugs, brass cable glands, heavy duty double compression type etc., including disconnecting and taking down unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Earthwork excavation, sand cushioning, GI pipe and cable protection will be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in soft sol complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread M crushed sand free from clay clay filled in trenches for cable cushioning covering both top and bottom of cable and punned down all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness will be measured for payment.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5mtrs above the starting point all as directed.

Supply and lay un reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class HV type I flat size 300X180mmX40mm all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing bituminious/PCC road or flooring/plinth protection, for laying of GI pipe in road intersection for passing of HT XLPE cable including excavation in any type of soil, returning and filling in and making good top 30cm of the trench by providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate to flush with existing road surface complete all as directed.

S&F, 150mm dia GI pipe light grade fixed to walls/poles or laid in trenches, road crossing etc., for protection of underground cable/earth strip including sealing ends with hessian cloth impregnated with bituminous compound in ground and with teak wood bushes for ends fixed on walls/poles complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting and cutting down the existing unserviceable / burnt out HT cable end joints, outdoor type (Heat shrinkable) 11 KV grade suitable for XLPE cables of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core and supply and jointing new HT cable end joint of size 120 Sqmm, 3 core, outdoor type (Heat shrinkable) including testing complete all as specified and directed.
