We, the undersigned, declare that: (a) We have examined and have no reservations to the Bidding Documents, including Addenda issued in accordance with Instructions to Bidders (ITB) 8. (b) We offer to execute in conformity with the Bidding Documents and the Technical Bid submitted for the following Works. “Upgrading of Omalur – Sankari – Tiruchengode - Paramathy Road (SH 86) from km 0/000 to Km 9/225 & Km 12/150 to Km. 43+900 to Two/Four lane with paved shoulders including construction of new 4 lane with paved shoulders bypasses at Konganapuram town from Km 25/530 to Km 29/160 of 3.630 Km, Sankari town from Km 37/800 to Km 42/380 of 4.580 Km and new 2 lane with paved shoulders bypass for Tiruchengode town from Km 0+000 to Km 10+740 of 10.740 Km and maintenance of entire project stretch of 51.715 km for a period of 7 years” in the State of Tamil Nadu on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Mode”
(c) We hereby submit our Bid and offer a Bid price (including any discounts) for undertaking the aforesaid project in accordance with the Bidding documents and agreement.
