Sch A Part-I :SOIL INVESTIGATION

Conducting Soil Investigation (bore hole) as per IS: 1892-1997 by manually/hydraulic/calax rotary drilling of 100-150mm daimeter with casing pipe/bentonite slurry if required, for supporting inner collapsible stratum below water table with pot holes/helical auger in all sorts of soil up to depth of 10.00Mtr (except soft soil/boulder/soft to hard rock) or up to the depth of refusal (N>50). Conducting standard penetration test (SPT) at regular interval & submit the SBC report. Submission of proper analytical & graphical report with detail calculation & design of soil bearing capacity, soil bearing pressure, type of foundation etc as per codal provision.

Sch A Part-II :ROAD PATH CULVERT

M&L,Cement concrete work in pavement/ hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centimetre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregates from granite ,trap or basalt in two layers (each layer 75mm thick compacted thickness) having grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or grading 3 (50 to 20mm size) spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L,150mm thick,Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate),as in sub base,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Finishing Surfaces of Concrete Roads, Pavements, etc. by brooming, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Forming 12mm thick Expansion Joint by using diamond cutter after setting of PCC as directed, filled with pre-formed bitumens filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing complound grade 'A' for 150mm thick Concrete Slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L,Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide,filled with sealing compound, filled with pre-formed bitumens filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing complound grade 'A' for 150mm thick Concrete Slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&LForming Construction joint 10mm wide by full depth by cutter after setting of PCC as directed, filled with pre-formed bitumens filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing complound grade 'A' for 150mm thick Concrete Slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch A Part-III :MACHINE SHED

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, Soft/dis integrated rock, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as spd and directed.

S&F mild steel rolled section conforming to Fe-410 (Gde E-250),quality A as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters fixed with angle cleats and other connecting plates etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed,purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A,etc complete all as spd and directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified etc completed all as specified.

S & F for Mild steel Anchor bolts.purpose made.with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Exc 30cm long, diameter of neck in exc 12 but n exc 20 mm,etc complete all as spd and directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified etc completed all as specified.

M &L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel Surfaces and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described etc completed all as spd and directed

Sch A Part-IV : AREA DRAINAGE

M&L for PCC D2 type (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Reinforcement with TMT CRS bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking etc and binding with 0.90mm wire MS wire complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (design Mix) M-30 in foundation , including raft, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete (design Mix) M-30 in walls , retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness , above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork for flat surfaces to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls , retining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and simmilar works including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc, vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 , exc .10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) Type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary formwork finished even and smooth without using extra cement including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surface , finished even and smooth using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement or as per manufacturers instructions (supply only WPC shall be measured and paid seperately) for internal surfaces of manholes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete in 1:2:4 (type B-1) using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in surface channels and drains including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing precast reinfored cement concrete cover slabs with M-30 grade design Mix using 20mm graded stone aggregate including necessary use & waste of form work and set in dry CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrte , using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/slopped ends etc. in manholes (inner girth shall only be measured).

M & L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, bore of pipe in 300 mm, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; in Lime concrete with lime mortar 1:2 (lime sand/surkhi) and using brick coarse aggregate, bore of pipe in 300 mm, etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Sch A Part-V : CONSTRUCTION OF PLINTH/FOUNDATION AND FAIRLEAD TUBE FOR AAG

M & L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L,Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-35 in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L,Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-35 but as in pavements , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L,Formwork for curved surfaces to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F,Standard wall pvc pipe, schedule 40 ,of 10 inch nominal dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm),complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying 150mm inner dia of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings but with CPVC Schedule 40 pipes & Plain Schedule 80 fittings in trenches complete all as specified.

S & F for Hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to lengths, bent to shape required and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcemnt, Weight per square metre n exc 4 kg, etc complete all as spd and directed.

S & F for Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment, Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-B,etc complete all as spd and directed.

M&L 10mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1:3 with WPC @ 200ml per bag of cement (50KG) on fair faces of brick or concrete surface,etc completed all as specified. (WPC will measured and paid sepratly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Grating square 150 mm size of PTMT (Minimum weight 100gms), etc complete all as specifed and directed.

Formming groutting for baluters, newels,rag bolt etc and groutting with SIKA GROUT 212 or equivalent after balusters etc are fixed complete all as specified.

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified

M & L for application of solvent cement of Oatey or equivalent for joining PVC complete all as specified and as directed.

Sch A Part-VII : Earthwork and Excavation

M&L,Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, for foundations and getting out in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil/Rock) exc. 1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L,Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/ordinary rock cutting for chisel or mechanical plant, complete all as specified and as directed.

-Ditto- as above item no. 59 of depth exceeding 1.50m but n.exc 3.00m complete all as specified and as directed .

Returning and filling in soft rock/soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm in soft/disintegrated rock/soil.

Removing excavated materials (soil/rock) exc 250m but n.exc 500m and deposited where directed at level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point in rock.
