REPAIR TO FLOORING TILING AND CERTIN ALLIED E AND M WORKS AT RESIDENTIAL AND TECH AREA AT VRDE AHMEDNAGAR

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350x250x7mm/ 450x300x 7 to 8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces as backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for vetrified coloured (any shade) polished double charged tiles 9 to 10 mm thick size 600mm x 600mm (Square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for vetrified coloured (any shade) polished double charged tiles 9 to 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular)polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado on wall surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone agreegate) as in sub base all as specified and directed.

M &L for Hard core of guage not exc 63mm with broken stone deposited spread & levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered & rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for floor finishing all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing old PVC Flooring and removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for 3mm thick PVC Sheets , laminated plain coloured , marbled mosaic or mottled finish, laid including approved rubber base adhesive in floors all as specified and driected.

M & L for special treatment of sunken portion of WCs and bath room as per following stages : ( The quoted rate shall deemed to be inclusive of cost for stage 1 to 9 as under )

Stage 1 : Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete coba etc and preparing the surface of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil, grease etc

Stage 2 : Providing 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 with chemical DR fixit pedicrete URP/SIKA/ plaster seal of STP Ltd or equivalent.

Stage 3 : Applying DR Fixit prime seal primer or STP Ltd and allow to dry for 08 hours under touch dry condition.

Stage 4 : Applying two coats of water proofing of DR Fixit pedicrete for the sunken portion of toilet/bathroom (The surface after painting on each coat shall be allowed to dry of for 06 hours to next coat) all as per manufacturers instructions.

Stage 5 : Again rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with DR Fixit pedicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd.

Stage 6 : All CI joints shall be filled with mixture of cement, fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or DR Fixit pedicreteURP.

Stage 7 : Making hole in wall and fixing 600 mm long 25 mm dia GI spout for draining the surplus water if any.

Stage 8 : Providing and laying Avg 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0( using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates) over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 including chemical water proofing liquid.( Make : Dr Fixit, Fosrock, Sika, Chowksey Chemicals or Equivalent as approved by GE )

Stage 9 : Providing and fixing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) for filling in mass concrete

S & Fixed in repair vitreous china squatting pan 'orrissa pattern' of size 580 mm x 440 mm white, with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fixed in repairs 10 ltr capacity PVC valveless , syphonic action type flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete all as specified and directed.

S & Fixed in repairs bib taps cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of 15 mm bore dia (Make : Jaquar or equivalent in specified makes)

S & Fixed in repairs bib taps cast copper alloy fancy type chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed of 15 mm bore dia (Make : Jaquar or equivalent in specified makes)

Taking down 15mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down 20mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 15mm Bore Galvanised Steel tubes Medium grade including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 20mm Bore Galvanised Steel tubes Medium grade including all fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 18-20 mm thick granite ( of any type ) work ( table rubbed and polished) in cooking platform, shelves,counters etc in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) also including bull nosing to all exposed corners , sides surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for applying three coats of Choksey's "Tech Force 2K Strong" (Two Component Flexible Acrylic Polymer Cementitous Coating) on the prepared surface with suitable interval of time ( Minimum 6 hrs) between each coat complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description n exc 1sq. m each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12mm thick plywood Veneered decorative plywood, grade 1(with BWR resin) with decorative face veneers on both faces including and fixing with three Nos soft closing hinges 0degree/8degree etc.to each leaf and fixed to existing frame work of any material by means of SS screws all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Veneered shall be machine pressed to plywood. The thickness side of plywood shall be properly leaped by veneered with machine pressed process.

Taking down carefully aluminium point wiring ( light, Fan, socket or power) complete including fixture & fitting such as switches, sockets or power socket complete fitting bracket holder, boards, and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings and floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable DB's any type carefully disconnecting and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down unserviceable MCBs/Isolator/DP any rating and size all as specified and directed.

Taking down old/unserviceable light fitting from wall, ceiling etc any type all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with single core PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100 volts grade FRLS electric cable with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) drawn through in existing surface/ recessed steel / PVC conduit, including wall clamp, tees, junction boxes where required to repair existing conduit & provision of pressed steel terminal box powder coated of suitable size with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets & regulators & drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (a) For one light point controlled by one single pole switch.

(b) For one ceiling fan/exhaust fan/wall and wall mounted fan point controlled by one singel pole switch.

(c) For one 3 pin, 5 Amp socket oultet on independent board.

(d) For one 3 pin, 5 Amp socket oultet on same board with other switches.

(e) For one bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell push button on independent board.

All as per serial item No 8 here-in-before, but for 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amp on independent board with the cable of 2.5 sqmm size and earth continuity conductior of 2.5 sqmm size PVC insulated copper stranded conductor cable (Switch and socket shall be paid separately)

Supply and fixing socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin 6 & 16 Amps flush type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing socket outlet 5 pin 5 Amps flush type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 18W, 220V,AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specifed and directed by the Enginieer -in-Charge. Supply and fixing LED batten light 10 watt mirror light fitting wall mounted with tubelight including making necessary electrical connection to the fitting using flexible copper cable 3 core 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to light fitting complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make-Bajaj or equivalent of crompton/philips/Wipro as approved.

Supply and fix in repair LED security light 25 W IP 66 pressure die cast aluminium housing for building complete including mounting bracket with clamps, nuts, bolts and washers with necessary electrical connection complete all as specified and directed. Make - Havells ENDURAPEARLSL25WLED757SASYTOPCMP or equivalent of Crompton/philips/Wipro.

Supply and fixing sheet steel enclosure MCB DB's factory fabricated phosphatised powder painted,Single pole & neutral, with 200 Amp rated bus-bar, 240 volt, AC ,8 ways, double door type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing sheet steel enclosure MCB DB's factory fabricated phosphatised powder painted, tripple pole & neutral, with 200 Amp rated bus-bar, 415 volt, AC , 4 ways, double door type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB, Single pole 6-32 Amps, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB, Single pole 40 Amps, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB, Single pole and neutral, 32 Amps, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MCB, triple pole and neutral, 63 Amps, 415 volts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level and connected to earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt and conected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and wahsers of galvaised iron or steel and thimbles and otehr end of the earth wire connected to DB and protected by galvaised iron or steel pipe light grade 15mm bore and water pipe 20mm bore GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh including all necessary excavation and earth work PCC chamber in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and Rcc cover all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 including taking out U/s earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of earth lead and protection pipe upto 7.50 M shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Taking down the defective ceiling fans of 1200/1400 mm sweep any make from any height from Tech area, residential area , NCAT area after diconnecting electrical connections and transporting to workshop for examine and carry out the repairs as required and brought back to site, refixing, testing in all respect for smooth running including servicing/overhauling the ceiling fan by throughly cleaning the bearing, shaft, stator, rotor & applying the lubricant/greasing to the bearing, replacement the wornout, unserviceable screw assembly and making the ceiling fan in serviceable condition complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.
