S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm made out of extruded 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of Plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet , mitre cut at two corners and joined with two Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 19mm x 19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket and weather seal to be provided through out the frame.
