To perform such services and execute such works covered under the "Term contract for Artificers work' upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the Tender documents and upon the conditions as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the MES Schedule during the period of One Year from the date of acceptance at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications) with errata/amendments 1(a) & (b ), 2 & 3 and Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II (Rates) with amendments No 1 to 122 and addition of Section 30 containing item No. 30001 to 30053 hereinafter referred to the MES schedule at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62 of IAFW-2249 (General Conditions of Contracts)
