Excavation in trenches in n.exc. 1.5 m wide & n. exc. 1.5m in depth in soft/ loose soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick in layers soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge

Removing surplus soil n. exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning using clean local tibba fine sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified.Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

M&L for brick protection layer with one brick wide using sub class ‘B’ bricks laid flat across the cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge.

S & F cross arms, bracings, stiffeners, supports, clamps and back plates, chequered plate, fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, binding cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape of size as indicated or directed including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (under and finishing coat) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : Unexposed surfaces shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer only. While computing the weight, the weight of paint shall not be added) omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed plates, fixing angle iron posts etc. including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use and waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade for protection of cable including provision of clamps, nut, bolts etc required for fixing pipe along pole / wall / laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: Clamps & nut bolt required for fixing included in item rate. Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ

Boring of holes under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual mean and including material & labour for passing GI pipe 50mm bore medium grade and making good both the ends complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Pipe and cable will be measured and paid seperatly

Supply and erection 10 mtr Octagonal hot dip galvanized pole with size having top dia 70mm and in bottom 155mm dia A/F made up 3 mm thick HT sheet along with base plate of size 250X250X16 mm (DOOR WITH HINGE) with 4 Nos of bolt M24 X 750 MM high'J' type EN 8 grade , including foundation of PCC 1:3:6 , bolts alongwith template with inbuilt junction box having 6 A single pole "B" class MCB, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge

S&F of 1.5 m long hot dip galvanized single arm bracket made up of 40 NB dia GI pipe sutiable to mount on pole having top 70 mm A/F complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing and commissioning in replacement of 10 sqmm, 4 core XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty multi stranded aluminium conductor & PVC sheathed LT cable 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-7098 laid in trenches/ ducts/ fixed on poles/wall/laid under roads/paths/drain/culverts or passing through pipes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning and brick protection required for item shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply and fix 2.5 Sqmm 3 core,PVC insulated and unsheathed circular FRLS cable 1100 Volts, conforming to IS 694 grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through including connection from junction box to light fitting fittings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make-Finolex.

S&F 70/72 W IP 66 LED security light luminaire comprising of epoxy powder Die-cast aluminium housing with weather proof gasket for lamp & driver compartment with system wattage of 100 W . The LED must be of 120 degree view angle, > 100 lumen/ watt, lumen maintenace > 70% at 50000 hrs, color temperature of 5000-6500K, >70 color rendering and LM 80 test compliance. The driver must be integral APFC and constant current type having THD<10% and power factor >0.95 with short circuit protection, open circuit protection, reverse polarity protection, high voltage protection, protection against 5 kV high surges and comply to IEC 60598-1, IEC 61000-3-2, IEC 61547 including PVC insulated three core 1.0 Sqmm FRLS multistranded Copper conductor cable for connection of fitting from gd installed junction box to top hight of pole. The luminaire must have secondary optics with perfectly matched lens for better light control. with 1.2 mtr long bend suitable GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia with MS iron clamp including nut bols fixing arrangement and suitable size of wire from pole box to light fittings.

S & F street light timer, single phase for 8 KW light load comprising of nature switch, contactor and MCB housed in a pole mountable enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Swadeep 02EC 8KW1P/ or equivalent in / Indo Asain/ Bajaj/Havells/Crompton

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 Mtrs below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth lead 4 mm dia GI earth wire, by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and protection by provision of GI medium grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (wieght not less than 4gs/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25mm x 25mm x 6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6 mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 40mm bore pipe for watering perforated at the bottom 1.75 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of 40mm x 8 mm FI with fixing arrangements, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs all as per electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 10 Mtr long galvanised iron earth 4 mm dia and protection pipe of 20mm dia GI medium grade.

Note : (i) Contractor will furnish the performance warranty certificate along with name of dealer from the manufacturer for a specified period as recmmended by the company for the equipments mentioned against respective items. (ii) All LED lights should be marked with GE SGNR and date of fixing.
