Maintenance / Servicing and repair of standby Eco Friendly/Acoustic type DG sets of following capacities complete all as specified and as directed Notes : 1. As per maintenance schedule prescribed in repair and maintenance manual (Repair & maintenance report should be submitted by the contractor) 2. Rate quoted by the contractor includes the fixing charges for replacement of parts and minor repair specified in relevant item here in after. 3. The tenderer shall produce qualification and experience certificate of the mechanic to the Engineer in charge and approved personal only will be allowed to carried out the work

Checking and servicing includes the following :- (a) Check Engine oil level and toping up as and when required [Engine oil will be measured paid separately] (b) Check Engine Coolant oil level if required top up.[Coolant oil measured and paid separately] (c) Check Belts if there is belt slippage adjust or replace. [measured paid separately] (d) Checking and testing of oil bath cleaner oil level and AMF Panel with minor repair . (e) Check Exhaust System for leakage. (f) Drain sediment and cleaning from Fuel filter & Fuel Tank. (g) Check dry type air filter element & clean or replace(Air filter element will be measured & paid separately under relevant item of Sch A) (h) Check engine alternator coupling and mounting bolts. (i) Tight all bolts and nuts in Alternator Terminal Box. (j) Check carbon brushes[Brush type] and connections in Alternator.G8 (k) Check and tight all Electric connections in DC control wiring. (l) Check all Radiator rubber Hoses. (m) Record oil pressure , water and oil Temp. (n) Record RPM , Voltage, AMPS and Hz (o) Check Anti Vibrating Mountings. (p) Check throttle linkage. Check starting battery electrolyte level, specific gravity and top up level if required.

Servicing and Maintenance of AMF panels pertains to the any capacity of DG sets for smooth functioning including repairs to the unserviceable ammeter, voltmeter, oil pressure sensor, push buttons, indicator lamps, relays, control fuse and replace minor parts like, cleaning and servicing all contact points etc completely all as directed Note: Minor spares upto Rs.1000 shall be deemed to be included in the above rate.

Checking and servicing includes the following :- (i) Check Panel for all electrical connections and settings with prescribed approved Make of capacity. (ii) Check Voltmeter Ammeter and Other meters (iii) Cleaning Panel with air blower and dusting of all electrical equipments. (iv) Checking Auto mode/ manual mode for proper working. (v) Checking all relays and contactors in Panel.

Servicing and Maintenance of Synchrosing Panels pertains to the following DG sets for smooth functioning including repairs to the unserviceable ammeter, voltmeter, oil pressure sensor, push buttons, indicator lamps, relays, control fuse and replace minor parts like, cleaning and servicing all contact points etc completely all as directed Note: Minor spares upto Rs.500 shall be deemed to be included in the above rate.
